What stood out most was how thick the spare sheet protector film was for the cutting mat. I've been using cheap ones that tear at the edges. This is properly heavy gauge and it stays flat. Ordering took a minute and it arrived flat in an envelope with no creases.

I ordered a replacement kettle lid from them last month and it came in good time, which I was grateful for. The checkout was a little fiddly for me, but the staff reply to my query was polite and helpful, and I'd happily order from them again.
