What stood out most was how thick the spare sheet protector film was for the cutting mat. I've been using cheap ones that tear at the edges. This is properly heavy gauge and it stays flat. Ordering took a minute and it arrived flat in an envelope with no creases.
Read moreSadly this was a disappointment. The lamp I ordered looked much larger and more solid in the photos than it did in person, and the shade was a different shade of cream. Pricier than I found it elsewhere too, which annoyed me. I sent it back and the return process was a fiddly form that took a while to complete.
Read moreI needed it because my sister kept sending me links for things she'd bought with the wrong postcode and I got sick of chasing couriers. I've been buying electrical cables and printer ink from this site for about two years and I know the range well enough to find things quickly. The search is decent, the stock levels are accurate, and the emails about dispatch actually match what happens. Good…
Read moreBought a spare set of metal drill bits for the shed and the price was the reason I went with them. They do the job for a DIY level of use and the box did not look like it had been dropped. The bits are not as sharp as the more expensive brand I usually buy, so they need a bit more effort on harder materials. For occasional jobs they're fine and the cost was hard to argue with.
I did compare this with a couple of other shops before I placed my order for the seed trays. The price was a bit higher than the High Street equivalent, though I suppose the postage counts against them. When my first order arrived one tray had a split corner, and the reply to my email took a few days. They did sort it out in the end, but it was more bother than I'd have liked.
Bought two pairs of cheap running trainers for the gym and paid under thirty quid for both including delivery. They're fine for what I use them for, though the soles already feel a bit thin after a month. Delivery took four days which was OK. Good value if you're not fussy.
