I have been ordering from this site for about eight years now, mostly for kitchen bits and the odd gift. I needed a replacement set of mixing bowls after mine cracked, and they came in good time with no fuss. The prices are a touch higher than the supermarket but I keep coming back.

Got my bedding here instead of the usual department store and it was about a fiddy cheaper. The duvet cover is a bit thinner than I expected but it's fine for summer. Arrived in two days so can't complain.

I needed a new cushion for my reading chair after the old one flattened out, and my daughter suggested I look online. I ordered the replacement and the cushion arrived well packed and in good time. The fabric is exactly as shown and the whole thing was very straightforward. I'm delighted with it.

Ordered some trainers and the site said they'd come in 3 days but it was more like a week. Customer service took two days to reply to my email too. Trainers are fine though, just a bit slow.

Used to buy tools from specialist suppliers, so I know what a decent socket set should feel like. This one is solid, the ratchet clicks cleanly and the metal finish is good for the money. Delivery was a day faster than they quoted.

I bought a loose-fit sofa cover from them for our living room, and it's my first time buying from this site. The ordering was easy and the cover arrived in about a week. The colour looked a shade darker on screen than in real life, but the fit is good and it's held up well so far. I'd order from them again.

The detail that stood out most was how clearly the repayment schedule was laid out, with every instalment and date set out in plain English, which I appreciated greatly. My only complaint is that when I rang with a question about an early payment it took the best part of three working days for anyone to reply to my email, which I did find rather frustrating. I'd still consider them again, though.

This was my first time using the site and I bought a set of kitchen storage jars. The ordering process was simple and the jars came through safely with no breakages. They are sturdy and the lids seal well. I'll definitely be back.

Compared it with the big high street bank app and this was a bit clunkier to get through, mainly because the loan calculator kept resetting when I changed the term. Once I got past that the money landed the same day which I was pleased about.

Honestly the best online purchase I have made this year. I bought a set of bath mats and they are thick, soft and the colour matches the bathroom exactly. Checkout was simple and the mats arrived in good time.

Bought a kettle from them on Saturday and it came Monday. Only thing is the lid is a bit fiddly to open with one hand but otherwise fine for the price, and the packaging was tidy. Would get something else from here.

I have been buying garden lighting from this site for years, and it is usually a bit more expensive than the big general stores. The lights I ordered this time were a few quid dearer than elsewhere, but the quality is the same. The delivery came a day later than promised, which was a small niggle.

Compared it with two other sites before I went with them for a pair of walking boots, mostly because the other one wanted more for the same make. The boots came in a box that was a bit squashed at one corner, but the boots themselves were fine and I'm happy enough with them so far.

We moved into a rental last month and the landlord's smoke alarms were old and past their date, so I needed replacements quickly before the inspection. I ordered a set of mains-linked alarms here on a Tuesday evening and they arrived Thursday morning. The instructions were clear, I fitted them myself in under an hour, and the price was a good deal against the high street. Happy to use them again.

I needed to book a boiler service before winter and I've used this site for a few years now. It was easy to pick a slot and the engineer turned up on time. The price was fair and the paperwork came through by email straight after. Nothing to complain about.

Got a new phone case here last week and it arrived the next day, which was great. Ordering was dead simple, took about two minutes on the app. The case fits my phone perfectly and the grip is better than the one I had before. Price was reasonable for what you get and I'd order again.

I bought a cordless vacuum from them after my old one packed in. Ordering was really quick on the app and I got a text the moment it was dispatched. The vacuum has been brilliant on the carpets so far and I'd order from here again.

If you know your running gear, this is the site to go to for trainers. They stock the right range and the stock info is accurate. Delivery was quick and the returns process when I needed a half size up was painless.

The detail that stood out most was the price on the cordless drill set, which was noticeably lower than the big DIY chains for the same kit. Delivery took three days, which was fine, and the battery arrived fully charged. Nothing about it felt cheap for what I paid.
