I've been ordering the same refill from them for about six years now. It arrives the same way every time, well packed, and when I rang once about a changed address the lady on the phone sorted it there and then. Never had cause to complain.

Would say it's a good place to start if you've not ordered before, the checkout was quick and the confirmation email came straight away. Only thing I'd flag is the delivery window was a bit wide so I ended up waiting in most of the afternoon for it. Everything else was fine and I'd order again.
