I'd been using one of the big supermarket sites before and this was a lot easier to get around. The checkout was quicker and I didn't have to make an account to buy. Arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise for a first order from them.

Bought the wireless charger after comparing a few other models. Honestly it's not quite as pictured, the finish is duller and the cable is shorter than they show. It works fine but I expected more for the money. The reply to my query took about four days, which was slow.

Honestly, I've been a customer for a long time and I've never been let down. This latest order was the same as always, correct item, carefully packed and arrived on schedule. The customer service team answered a question about my account within a few hours. Keep it up.

Decent enough but the sign up took ages and I had to verify my details twice before it let me book anything. Once I was in it was fine, the booking confirmation came through straight away and the whole thing was easy to use on my phone. Would probably use again but I'd have liked it a bit quicker to get started.

Got the clear phone case from them last month and honestly it's already survived a drop onto tiles. Fits my phone exactly, buttons still work. Ordered on a Sunday and it was here Wednesday, so that's fine by me. Would get another one.

Honestly it's a fair product but the price is steep for a basic one. I've bought the same thing elsewhere for less and it's identical. The quality is decent, nothing wrong with the build, though the instructions are pretty sparse.

I've been ordering the same refill from them for about six years now. This time the item arrived looking just like it always does, which is what I want. Pricing has crept up a little since last year but not so much I'd switch. Delivery was on time as usual.

Got the weekend pass for the festival and it arrived as a QR code in my inbox within a minute. Scanned it at the gate no problem, didn't need to print anything. Good stuff, will be back for the next one.

Honestly the first thing I noticed was the countdown timer on the booking page, which is handy when you're trying to grab a slot. Booked a table for Saturday from the bus stop, took about two minutes. Confirmation email arrived straight away and the reminder text came the day before. Dinner was spot on.

The first thing I liked was the price shown up front with no hidden fees at checkout. I booked two tickets for the Sunday session and the total was exactly what the site said. Seats were fine and staff were helpful when we arrived. Good value for what you get.

Why I ordered: my old one finally gave up on the bike and I needed a replacement lock fast. Compared three shops and this had the best price with a clear spec, so I went for it. Arrived in two days, fitted it straight away, does the job. Solid.

Was using a different app for the same thing and this one beats it. Booking was quicker and the price shown was the price I paid. Got it in no time, so yeah, good call switching over.

I looked at a couple of other options before picking this, mainly for the colour choice. What caught my eye most was how the finish looks in real life, much better than the photos. The only niggle was the return form, which was a bit fiddly to fill in online. Otherwise really pleased with it.

I am pleased to say my order was dealt with promptly and to a high standard. The item was exactly as described and the packaging was careful. I did have a question about the returns policy, and the response was courteous and helpful. I would be glad to order again.

We needed a replacement hose connector for the garden tap after the old one cracked over winter. Found the right part on their site and it was the correct fit. Price was a little higher than the hardware shop down the road, but the convenience of it arriving at the door made up for it. Went together fine with no fuss.

I've been buying this kind of thing for years so I know what to look for. Compared to the place I used to get it from, this has a far better range and the spec sheets are accurate. The item matched the description exactly, colour and all. Good stuff.

Needed trainers for the gym and my old ones were falling apart. These arrived fast and fit well. Only thing is they're a touch pricier than I'd like, but they've held up so far.

Compared to the other place I was looking at, this was simpler to order from on my phone. Less faff with the delivery options and the item came quicker than I expected. Done in five minutes.

I needed a replacement lid for an old pan and this was the only place I could find the right size. The fit is good. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped.
