ordered the wool throw and it took ages
Ordered the chunky knit wool throw in grey as my first order with them and it arrived nearly three weeks later than the date on the site. The colour looked a bit darker than the photos too. Customer service did reply eventually but it took about four days, which was frustrating when I had already waited so long for it to show up.

Wool socks, small niggle with the size
Bought a set of the wool blend socks and they are warm and well made. The sizing chart is a bit vague so I had to guess which size to get, and I ended up with a pair that are slightly loose. Good value for the price and delivery was quick. Would order again but I'd check the chart more carefully.

Best thing I can say is it arrived the next working day and the knitted cushion cover is exactly what I wanted. Ordered in about two minutes on my phone. Done.
needed a replacement throw
My old throw had worn through at the edges so I needed a replacement for the armchair. I've ordered from them a few times over the years and the quality has stayed good. This one came in the colour I wanted and arrived when they said it would. No complaints from me.
