First time ordering and it went smoothly
What got me was how quick the checkout was, I was done in a couple of minutes on my phone. First time I've ordered from them so I was a bit wary. The socks came well packaged and they fit fine. Nothing to moan about, they're warm and I'd order again.

ordered the wool throw and it took ages
Ordered the chunky knit wool throw in grey as my first order with them and it arrived nearly three weeks later than the date on the site. The colour looked a bit darker than the photos too. Customer service did reply eventually but it took about four days, which was frustrating when I had already waited so long for it to show up.

Wool socks, small niggle with the size
Bought a set of the wool blend socks and they are warm and well made. The sizing chart is a bit vague so I had to guess which size to get, and I ended up with a pair that are slightly loose. Good value for the price and delivery was quick. Would order again but I'd check the chart more carefully.
Read moreBought the merino jumper
I bought the merino jumper in navy as my first order with them. The fit runs a touch large so I'd go down a size if you're between two. Fabric is lovely and soft. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the site said but it arrived in one piece.
Needed warm bedding on a budget
We needed a new duvet for the spare room before the in-laws came to stay in winter. Wanted something warm without spending a fortune. The wool duvet was good value for what it is, and delivery was quick.
nice socks but a bit of a wait
Got the wool socks in a fancy colour and they're lovely and cosy. Took a bit longer to arrive than I wanted, about five days, but fine. Will probably order again.
