The Producers

Needed to get tickets sorted for my mate's birthday gig on Saturday and was on the bus when I found them on the site. Booked in about two minutes on my phone, confirmation came straight through and the app had them ready to show on the door. Easy, will use again.

Needed a ticket for a friend's show that same evening so was in a rush. Got it booked but the confirmation took a while to come through and I had to check my spam folder twice. Once it arrived it was fine, just a bit of a faff at the time.

The seat view photos were what made me pick this over two other sites, because the row numbers and the sightline notes were actually useful. Booked for a Friday matinee and the seats were exactly where I was shown. Nice and simple.

Really good, got my tickets for the Friday show in about five minutes on my phone. Didn't have to make an account first which was a relief, and the seats were exactly where the plan said they'd be. Would use again tbh.

Checked three sites before picking this one and the seat plan on this one was the clearest by a mile, you can see the aisles and the view from each block. Tickets were a bit more than the cheapest option I found, but the booking was smooth and everything arrived on time.

Honestly this was brilliant, I'd never booked through them before and the whole thing was simple. The seat map made it easy to pick somewhere decent and the confirmation email came within a minute. Had a question about accessible seating and they replied the next morning with the right info, which I didn't expect. Would book again.

My sister wanted to see the show for her birthday and I needed to sort it before the dates sold out. I've used them for years and they've never let me down. Got her a seat in the stalls in a couple of minutes.

Compared it with the theatre's own booking page first and this came out cheaper once the fees were added up, which is what sold me. The seats were fine and the tickets arrived by email the same day. Only niggle is the booking fee still stings a bit, but it's still the better deal.

Compared it against two other ticket sites and this one was the only one that showed the actual seat view for each row. The others just gave a section name. Booked a pair in the stalls and the seats matched what the photos showed. The booking itself was quick and the tickets arrived by email within minutes.

Bought two tickets for the Saturday evening performance and used the mobile tickets on the night. The barcode scanned first time at the door and there was no fuss about printing anything. Price was in line with the box office.

Used to buy direct from the venue but this beats it now, I can see seats on a map and check my dates without phoning. Compared to the old phone line it's miles quicker and the booking reference came through right away. I've been a regular for years and it's only got smoother.

The seat plan was what I liked most, it shows the sightlines clearly and I could pick a seat without guessing. I've booked here a few times now. Only thing that let it down is the booking fee, which is more than I'd like for a pair of tickets, but otherwise it's sorted.

Wanted something that wouldn't break the bank for the family outing. Got four tickets for the matinee at a fair price and they were in my email before I'd even closed the page. Good value all round.

Looked at the big ticket resale site and a couple of others before settling on this one. It's a bit dearer than a few of them once the fees are in, which I did notice. The seat I got had a clear view and the tickets arrived in my inbox straight away. Happy enough to pay the extra for that.

Bought a pair for the Sunday show and the thing I really used was the mobile entry, no printing or paper tickets to lose. Compared to other places I've used, the ticket showed up instantly and the price was the same as the venue box office. Easy.

I've booked tickets for this show at four different venues over the years so I know what good looks like. Bought the stalls seat through the app, and the seat numbering matched the venue exactly, which is more than I can say for some. Mobile entry worked without a fuss and the price was fair for the location.

Booked on my phone on the way to work, took two minutes. Tickets came through straight away and the app let me add them to my wallet. Just what I needed.

Needed tickets for my nan's 80th because she's been wanting to see the show for ages. Found the matinee with good legroom, booked it on the laptop in one go and the tickets came straight to my email. She was made up.
