I've been ordering my cleaning cloths and refills from them for about six years now, and the reorder option on my account has saved me a lot of time. The refills came in the same plain box as always, no damage this time either. Customer service once sorted a mix-up on a bulk order within a single phone call. Glad I stuck with them.

I needed a reliable replacement filter for the cooker hood after the old one became too greasy to clean properly, and I was rather anxious about getting the wrong size. The website's fitting guide was very thorough and the one I ordered slotted straight in. Delivery was well organised and arrived within the week. I am very glad I chose them for this.

We needed a replacement shower head because the old one had cracked and the landlord wanted it sorted before the next tenants moved in. Found one here and it was delivered the next working day, which saved us. It fitted the existing thread and the flow is much better than the old one. Nothing else to say really, it did the job.

Bought the ambient plug in unit from them last month and it arrived with the right cable and mounting brackets included. Fitted it myself over a weekend, took about forty minutes once I'd found the right drill bit. Worked straight away, no fuss with the wiring diagram either, which I was dreading. Would order again for the spare room.

Way cheaper than the other place I was looking at, same brand of trainers for like twenty quid less. Ordered on a Sunday night and they were at my door by Tuesday. Fit is spot on and I've already worn them to the gym three times. Would buy again, no question.

Tried a few places before this one for a dehumidifier for the damp bedroom, and the price was the most sensible of the lot. The product has made a real difference in a few weeks. The site let me compare capacity and running costs side by side, which I liked. Delivery was swift and they sent a confirmation before it left. Nothing I would change.

I compared it to the shop down the road and this came out cheaper for the same bike lock, and I didn't have to leave the house. The order went through first time and the lock arrived the next morning. First time buying anything like this online, so I was nervous, but the checkout was simple. Happy with it.

Better than the other app I was using for this, the booking screen actually loads quick and I didn't get stuck halfway through. Booked a slot for a Saturday and got a reminder the night before. Easy to change the time when my plans moved. Cheers.

I bought the starter kit for my allotment because my husband always did the planting and I wanted to have a go myself. The guide that came with it was really helpful, with clear pictures of each stage, which I did not expect. Everything arrived well packed and the tools feel sturdy in the hand. I'm pleased with the purchase.

The delivery text message was a good touch, telling me the exact hour the van would turn up so I could be home. I've been a customer since they started out, and the range has grown a lot since then. The cushion covers I bought this time are soft and wash well. Nothing has gone wrong in all those years.

Bought the replacement filter cartridges for our water jug and they came in a pack of six, which works out well per filter. The price per cartridge is lower than the supermarket and the delivery was free over the threshold. Packaging was sturdy enough that nothing got knocked about in transit. Ordering was straightforward, and I like that the reminder email comes round at the right time. Good value for a regular household purchase.

The stitching on the tablecloth is far better than I expected for the price, with no loose threads even after the first wash. I did have to check the size guide twice before ordering, which took a little while. The cloth arrived neatly folded and in good time for my daughter's visit. Pleasant to deal with throughout.

I had been buying from one of the large high street chains for years, and this proved a far better experience for the same type of kettle element I needed. The website let me filter by my model, which saved a great deal of searching. The price was a little lower than I'd paid before, and the part fitted without any trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I've already mentioned them to my brother-in-law.

I would happily use them again, the sign up took me just a few minutes and I was a bit worried it would be fiddly but it wasn't at all. The booking went through without any bother and I was sent a confirmation straight away which I did appreciate.

Honestly really happy with my first order, I'd been putting it off for ages because I didn't know what to expect. Signing up took two minutes and the checkout was easy to follow. Everything came quickly and well packed, so I'll be back.
