I needed a reliable replacement filter for the cooker hood after the old one became too greasy to clean properly, and I was rather anxious about getting the wrong size. The website's fitting guide was very thorough and the one I ordered slotted straight in. Delivery was well organised and arrived within the week. I am very glad I chose them for this.
Read moreI needed a suit bag for a wedding at short notice and wasn't sure where to look. The one I got is decent quality with a proper zip and it fits my suit fine. The problem was that it took five working days to arrive, and nobody answered when I rang to ask about it. It did turn up in time though, so I suppose I can't complain too much.
Read moreBought the replacement filter cartridges for our water jug and they came in a pack of six, which works out well per filter. The price per cartridge is lower than the supermarket and the delivery was free over the threshold. Packaging was sturdy enough that nothing got knocked about in transit. Ordering was straightforward, and I like that the reminder email comes round at the right time. Good…
Read moreThe instructions that came with the garden lights were very clear, which I did not expect from something so small. The bulbs are a touch dimmer than the photos suggested, though I suppose that depends on the setting. Delivery took a day longer than they said, but I was kept informed by email, which I appreciated.
Good stuff, works well. Only issue was the delivery window, they said between 8 and 6 and it came at 5.45 when I'd already gone out. Had to rearrange. Otherwise fine, would get again.
Needed new brake pads before the MOT and my usual place wanted almost double what they charge here. Ordered on the Thursday, they came Friday morning which was quick. Fitting was a bit fiddly because the old pads had seized to the caliper, and the instructions could have been more detailed on that front. Still, the pads themselves are good quality and I passed the MOT first time.
The price comparison tool on the site is what made the difference for me, as I could see straight away which option gave the best value. I looked at three other retailers before settling here. The item itself is well made, though the packaging was a bit excessive for something so small. Delivery was prompt and the tracking updated properly throughout.
