Rust Clash

Needed a rug for the new flat before my mum came round. Ordered it on my phone during lunch and it turned up two days later. Colour's nicer than the pics.

First time using them and I'd happily do it again. The sign up took about five minutes on my phone and the confirmation came straight through. Everything arrived when they said it would and the tracking updates were clear.

Compared with the other company I used for years, this is much easier to navigate and the payment page doesn't time out on me like theirs did. I have been a customer a long while now and the account is simple to manage. The box arrived neat and undamaged. Good value in my view.

I was rather pleased with how simply the order went through, the basket is clear and the delivery slot I wanted was available. The cushion covers arrived well wrapped and exactly as I hoped. A pleasant experience from start to finish.

My old charger gave up mid-project so I needed a replacement quickly. Found the right one here and it arrived the next morning. Plug fits snugly and the cable is a decent length.

I went with the larger starter kit after comparing a few places, mainly because the bundle here worked out cheaper than buying the bits separately elsewhere. Everything was in the box, the instructions were clear and the support chat sorted out a missing clip within the hour. Delivery was prompt and the whole thing feels well made. Glad I didn't settle for the cheaper one from the other site.

Compared with the big high street chain for the same brand of drill bits, this was noticeably cheaper and the set had everything I needed. I've been buying from them on and off for years, always reliable. Packing was tidy and the bits arrived sharp.

I needed a replacement kettle for the caravan as the old one had finally given up, and I was rather keen to get it sorted before our trip. The order was straightforward and the kettle arrived in good time. It works a treat and the packaging was sensible. I'd say it was well worth the wait.

I bought the adjustable desk lamp after looking at three other places. The one here was a bit dearer than the big supermarket option but the arm stays put and the light is nice and even. Delivery came in two days which was fine. The instructions for putting it together were a bit vague so it took me longer than it should have, but once it was up it's been great for late evening work.

Compared with the usual supplier we use, this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same pack of tea bags, and that's what sold me. Delivery was slower than I'd hoped, about four days when they said three, but nothing got damaged. Would order again for the price alone.

I ordered the blue throw for the lounge after a long search. It arrived quickly, the material feels soft and it has settled in nicely. Everything worked out as I'd hoped.

The size chart on the page is the thing I noticed most, it matched what I actually got, which is rare with online orders. Used it on a dress and it fits like the photos. Delivery was quick.

ok the checkout thing is what got me, you can save your card and it's like two taps. ordered a hoodie, it turned up in a couple of days. fit's good and the colour's what I wanted. would order again tbh

I got the basic version after comparing a few options, it was the cheapest one I could find and it does the job. Arrived fast and it's all there. Nothing flash but sound.

Compared with the firm I'd been using for years, this is far more straightforward to get around and the booking form didn't keep timing out on me. I did wonder at first whether the process would be fiddly, but it wasn't at all. The people I spoke to were courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. I'd be happy to go back to them.

Needed a gift for my nephew's birthday and was short on time. Ordered on the app and it went through first try. Delivery was a day late but they emailed to say so.

I was rather impressed that the order confirmation arrived within minutes and the tracking was clear at every stage. The garden hose fitted my tap at once and the quality seems good. Delivery was prompt and the parcel was well protected. I shall certainly order from them again.

I'd have liked a slightly lower price, to be honest, though the product itself is sound. Ordering was straightforward and I had a helpful reply to a question about sizing within a day. The parcel came on time and was well packed. I'd happily order again.
