I'd never entered anything before so I bought the standard entry package for our magazine's design work. The instructions on the site were clear enough that I didn't need to ring anyone. Confirmation came through within minutes and the reminders before the deadline were a nice touch. Everything went smoothly for a first timer.

We needed a credible award to put on the press page and our PR person kept pushing for one. We looked at three different schemes before choosing this one, mostly on price and what the category list looked like. The entry was straightforward enough, with a small niggle that the category descriptions were a bit vague about the judging.
