My old one broke the week before a trip so I needed a replacement fast. Ordered on a Sunday night and it was not quite here by the date they gave, arriving a couple of days later. Sign up was painless though and customer support answered my email the same day. Would use again.
Switched over from another provider a couple of years back and it's been much smoother. The old one kept pushing extras and this one just lets you get on with it. Renewal is simple and the prices are about the same as before. Only gripe is the app sometimes needs a restart.
