What struck me most was how clear the instructions were, with proper diagrams rather than a few words in three languages. I've been a customer for a good while now and I've noticed the same care in the rest of what they send. Everything I've needed has been in the box and the support line picks up promptly when I ring. I have no complaints at all, just a long-standing good experience with them.

Read moreI'd say these are a solid choice if you don't mind paying a bit extra. I looked at three other places before deciding, and two were cheaper for the same thing. Where they win is the service, the box arrived in good nick and the chat team were helpful when I had a question about sizing. The delivery was a touch slow, but nothing that stopped me. Would go back.
