Fair price, slow reply

The price was fair for seats in the stalls, and I liked that the total was shown before I entered my card details. I did have a question about wheelchair access and the reply through the contact form took three days. By then I'd already sorted it with the theatre directly. Booking itself was straightforward enough.

seat map was the deciding factor

The seat map was the thing that made me pick them over the others, I compared a few ticket sites and this one showed the sightlines and price per block without me having to click around. Checkout was a bit fiddly though, the box for the postcode kept resetting when I went back a step. Got two seats in the dress circle for a Saturday evening show with my sister in the end.

Not sure I'd try again

Compared this with a couple of other ticket sites and the seat map here was a bit clearer, but the price was higher than the others once I got to the end. My first time booking with them, and the checkout kept timing out on me before I could finish. I got there in the end but it wasn't much fun. The tickets arrived fine.
