I've been borrowing through them on and off since about 2016, mostly small amounts to tide me over between paydays. The most recent one went through the way the earlier ones did, the money was in my account by the next morning. My only grumble is the repayment reminder emails turned up later than I'd like, so I had to check the app myself to be sure of the date.

I tried a couple of other lenders before settling on them, and this was the only one that showed me the full repayment schedule before I committed. Their total cost was lower than two of the others and the rate was competitive for the amount. The application took a while longer than I'd have liked because they asked for extra proof of income, but once that was in the money was there the next working day.

I went with them instead of raising my overdraft with my bank, mostly because the bank's charge was steeper than what they quoted. The application was quick and I got a decision by the next day. The only snag was that I had to upload my payslip twice because the first photo wasn't clear enough.

I took out a small personal loan to cover some car repairs, and the thing I bought was really just the convenience of doing it all online. The application took maybe ten minutes, though the bank statement upload kept timing out on me the first time. Once I got it through, the money arrived the next working day and the repayment setup was straightforward.
