The best bit is you can reorder in about two taps, which is brilliant when you're on the go and running low. Ordered the e-liquid on the train this morning and it was on my doorstep by the afternoon. Saved my bank account too, it's way cheaper than the corner shop. Packaging was neat and nothing leaked. Would definitely use them again, they've sorted me out loads of times now.

Bought the pod kit on my phone while waiting for the bus. Took two minutes to check out and it arrived next day in a small box. The pods clip in fine and the flavour is nice, a bit less strong than I expected. Would get it again.

I needed something discreet for use at work and a few of the disposables were too obvious. This one is small and I can keep it in my pocket without anyone noticing. I was nervous about buying online for the first time, but the checkout was simple and the order arrived quickly. Happy with it so far.

I bought a replacement tank after looking at three or four other sites. This one had the exact model I wanted at a sensible price and the fit is spot on. Ordering was simple and it turned up in good shape. I'd order the same part again without a second thought.

The coils are the right resistance for my device and the e-liquid tastes the same batch to batch, which is what I want. I buy the same thing every month and have since last year. Ordering is quick, the delivery is always tracked, and I have never had a dead coil in a box.

Way better than the other place I was using, which kept running out of my flavour. Ordered on my phone at night and it was sorted in about two minutes. Delivery was next day and the pods fitted my old device no problem. Would order again, cheers.

Great value for money, the bundle with coils and liquid came in at a lot less than buying the parts separately elsewhere. Checkout was quick and the order turned up the next working day. The coils fit the device and the flavours are what I expected. Would buy from them again.

I used to buy from a big online chain, but I switched here after my usual brand went up in price. The prices here are noticeably lower for the same liquids and the site is easier to search through. I've had five or six orders now and every one has arrived without fuss. The only thing I'd say is the packaging is basic, but it does the job and nothing got damaged.

I needed a replacement battery and charger for the device I have had for years, and I was worried I would have to find a new supplier. I have ordered from the site on and off since they first opened and it has always been dependable. The staff answered my question about compatibility quickly and the part arrived in good order. I have never had a problem I could not sort out.

I was particularly struck by how straightforward the site was to navigate for someone of my age. The order was dealt with promptly and the staff were most courteous when I rang with a question. I shall certainly be returning for my next refill.

I purchased the starter kit on the recommendation of my son, who assured me it would be simple to use. He was quite right, the instructions were clear and the device has been very reliable. The customer care team were patient with my questions over the telephone. I am pleased with the arrangement.

Really good value for what you pay, and I have no complaints. The coils and e-liquid bottles I bought were a lot cheaper than my usual place. Checkout was quick and the bundle came in a box with everything I needed, so I didn't have to order extras.

Way cheaper than my old local shop and the site is so much easier to use on my phone. Got my order the next day, all sorted. The flavours are good and the pods don't leak. Yeah, will be ordering here again.

I've been ordering from them for a good while now, long enough to remember when the checkout was clunkier than it is today. The replacement coils I buy every few months have always been the right resistance and the site has never once lost an order. Delivery is usually next working day if I order before lunch. Simple, dependable, and I've never had a reason to look elsewhere.
