Ordered a box of refills on a Monday and the site said next day, but it didn't turn up until the Thursday. Nobody emailed to say why, I only found out when I checked the tracking myself. The stuff itself is fine and the prices are a bit lower than the shop on the high street, but I'd want a proper heads up if it's going to be that late.
