I did think about going to the bank for this but their paperwork put me off. Compared with that, these people were far more straightforward and I had an answer without waiting in a queue. Money arrived as promised.

When the money finally arrived it was all fine, but the wait was frustrating when I needed it sooner. Repayments have been straightforward since.

I've been with a different lender for years and switched to these last year to consolidate a couple of smaller debts. The rate is a bit better than what I was paying before, and the account is far easier to manage online. Only thing is the app could show upcoming payments more clearly, but it's a small thing.

The form asked for a few more bank details than I expected but it was all clear. Funds arrived the next working day. The rate isn't the lowest I saw, though.
Got a loan to cover my car tax and an unexpected bill, and it was quick to sort out. The interest is on the higher side though, so I'll be watching the repayments closely.
