instant decision on my loan
I applied for a personal loan through the site and got an instant decision, which I didn't expect at all. The funds went into my current account the next working day. I have used the same lender before and the process was just as smooth.

took ages to sort out
The loan itself was fine but getting the first payment date changed took several emails and about four days. I wanted to shift it to after payday and it wasn't clear how to do that from the account page. Once it was sorted the rest of the process went smoothly enough.

Been using them for years
What I like most is that the emails tell you the exact date your next payment comes out, every single time. I've borrowed from them a few times over the years and the process hasn't changed much, which suits me fine. Money goes into my account the same day usually. Easy to deal with and nothing hidden in the small print that I've noticed.
Read morequicker than the others
Other lenders I looked at made me wait a day or two for a decision, but this one told me straight away whether I was approved. The app is a bit clunky when you want to change a payment date, but it works. Money arrived in my account the next day, which is all I really need.
A loan for the car
I took out a loan to cover the cost of getting my car through its MOT and a set of new tyres. The online application was clear and the approval came through within the hour. The money took a little longer than I'd hoped to reach my account, two working days rather than one, but it did arrive.
mostly good, one wobble
Used it for a bit of extra cash for a festival and the app made the whole thing easy to follow. Only snag was the verification step asked me to upload my ID twice, which was annoying when I was on my phone. Money arrived quickly otherwise.
Pricier but easier
Compared a few lenders and this one came out a bit more expensive than the cheapest option I found. The sign up was much quicker than the others though, and I liked being able to check the figures before I committed. Got the money in a day.
Fair enough, a bit pricey
Good for a short personal loan if you know what you want. The application took about ten minutes and the decision came back the same day. The rate is a little higher than some of the comparison sites suggest, so check the total repayable before you agree. Money arrived the next working day, which was fine.
