Honestly the best thing about them is they actually answer the phone when you ring. I ordered replacement blinds for the bedroom and they were up and running quicker than I thought, though the fitting instructions could be clearer.

Good, would use again. Placed the order on my phone at lunch and it went through first time which never happens. Arrived in about three days. Only niggle is the checkout kept logging me out halfway through so I had to start again once, but the actual thing is fine and the price was decent.

Compared with the big chain I usually go to, this site was a good deal cheaper for the same bedding set and the checkout was quicker. I've been a regular for a while now. The parcel turned up in a couple of days and the bedding is soft and well made.

Ordered on a Friday and it didn't show up until the following Thursday, no tracking updates at all. Chat support said it was a courier thing. Eventually turned up and the item was fine but the wait was a bit mad.

The zip on the rucksack is the first thing I noticed when I unpacked it, and it feels much sturdier than I expected for the money. I've taken it on two long walks now and nothing has given way. Straps are comfortable enough and the padding on the back is good.

This was my first order and I picked up a small crossbody bag. Packaging was tidy and it arrived with a little dust bag inside. The stitching looks decent for the price and I'm pleased with it so far.

I bought a wool throw for the sofa in the sale and it was far cheaper than the high street. It came well wrapped and the weight is lovely for the money. Nothing to complain about and I'd happily pick up another one when the next sale comes round.

Compared with the cheaper hand-me-down kettle I was using, this one heats up quicker and the lid fits properly. I was a little wary of ordering online at first but everything was clearly laid out and the box arrived intact. I'd not hesitate to order from them again.

We needed a replacement fence panel after the winter storms took out the old one at the bottom of the garden. The panel is solid and the size matched the drawing on the site. The price is a bit above what the local builders merchant charges, but it saved me a trip.

We needed a replacement for our old kitchen blinds after the cats got at them, and I've bought from this lot for about six years now. Ordering is always straightforward, the measuring guide is clear enough, and the fitting instructions came in the box without any fuss. Would order from them again without a second thought.
