I had been planning to buy my late husband's favourite malt from a large department store, but found this shop could supply it at a lower price with more detail on the label. The bottle arrived carefully packed and well protected, which I did not expect. I have now used them for several orders and I'm quite content with the service.

I went for their own blended Scotch as a cheap everyday pour rather than spending on a single malt. For what I paid it tastes better than things twice the price at the supermarket, and I got it in a pack of two which worked out cheaper per bottle. Delivery was on time and the bottles were well padded, so no damage.

The cask strength bottle I ordered had a proper bite to it, nothing like the softer stuff I usually buy. The tasting notes on the Highland bottle I bought were the detail I noticed most, with the honey and dried fruit listed in the right order. I'd compared a couple of other shops first and this one had better descriptions. Arrived well packed and on time.
