Tea Book

Bought the assam loose leaf as a bit of a treat and I'd compared a few sellers before picking them. The leaves are big and dark and the cup comes out properly strong, which is what I wanted for the mornings. Packed well and arrived in about three days. Only thing is the tin is a bit fiddly to reseal once it's open.

Good tea and the price is fair for what you get. I buy the breakfast blend in bulk because it works out cheaper than popping to the shops every week. The order process took about two minutes and the box came in one go. Nothing I'd change.

I'd tried a couple of other loose leaf sellers before settling on this one. Compared with my usual brand, the smoky lapsang here has a much deeper flavour for a similar outlay. The site is straightforward to use and the order arrived in good shape. Nothing to complain about and I'm sticking with them.

The first thing I noticed was how much tea you get in the 250g tin for what it costs. Works out much cheaper per cup than the supermarket own brand I was buying before. Checkout was quick and the order came two days later. Good value, and I'd happily order again.

I went for the sampler as my first order from them, mainly to see if I'd like loose leaf. The tea came in a neat box with each blend sealed separately, which was a nice touch. Ordering was really simple and the box arrived in about two days. I've decided I'm a loose leaf person now, so I'll be back.

The packaging was the first thing I noticed, the tea came in a proper resealable pouch which is handy. Took longer to arrive than I'd hoped, about five days, and I had to message them to check on it, but they replied the same day. Flavour is nice and fresh. Would be a five if it turned up quicker.

I needed a proper tea for when my in-laws come round, and wanted something a bit better than basic teabags. Found this place and went for the afternoon blend. The order went through quickly and the tea arrived in good time. Everyone commented on it and I've ordered again since.

I've been ordering the English breakfast for a good few years now and it's still my favourite. The first thing I'd say is that the leaves are consistently good. This last order took a day longer than usual to arrive, which was a bit annoying but not a big deal. Still my go to.

Why I got it was I was sick of the bagged tea in the flat, so I tried this. Compared to the normal supermarket stuff the taste is miles better, not even close. Ordering was dead easy and it turned up quick. Would order again no bother.

I have to say the blend compared rather favourably with the teas I was used to buying from the high street, which is why I went with it. The flavour is smoother and far less bitter, and it brews beautifully in the pot I've had for years. The order was dealt with politely and the parcel turned up when they said it would. I shan't be going back to my old brand.

First time ordering from them and honestly it was really easy. The gift tin came exactly as the site showed it and Gran loved the rooibos. Checkout took a couple of minutes and the delivery was quicker than I thought it would be. I'll be back for sure, and I've already told my mum about it.

I bought the matcha powder for my morning routine and it's worth the money. It's smooth and doesn't clump like the cheaper one I had before. The price is a bit higher than the big supermarket brands, but you get more per gram. Delivery was a day later than I'd hoped.

Been ordering from them for years now and they've never let us down. The loose leaf Assam we get every month is always the same good strong cup, and the reorder button in my account makes it painless. Packaging arrives fresh every time and the little tins are handy for the cupboard. We've tried other places and keep coming back here, no question.

I used to just use pods but this is so much nicer, the flavour's real. Compared to the pods it's a bit more faff but totally worth it. Got the mint blend and it's lovely. Ordered it on my phone super quick.

Honestly it's way nicer than the supermarket stuff I used to get. The flavour's a lot fuller and the leaves look properly like leaves. Delivery was a day slower than they said but the tea was worth the wait. Would order again.

I needed a present for my flatmate who's just started getting into proper tea, and I'd never bought loose leaf before so I had no idea what to pick. Went for the sampler on here and it was easy to order, the descriptions on each blend were clear enough that I could work out what suited her. She loved it and asked where it came from straight away.

I was after a proper gift for my sister's birthday and didn't know where to start. The gift selection page was clear and the staff were very helpful when I rang with a question. The tea arrived beautifully wrapped and she was delighted with it.

I ordered the Darjeeling after comparing it with one or two other suppliers. The leaves turned out a bit more broken than the photograph suggested, though the flavour is still pleasant. Prices are a little above what I'd expect elsewhere. The delivery was prompt and well packed, so I'll probably give them another try.
