free delivery over the threshold
The free delivery kicks in at a sensible spend which is what got me. Ordered a mixed case, all bottles arrived in one piece and the price was fair. Good value for a Friday night.

Read moreOrdered on my phone during a lunch break and it's fine, the checkout worked first time. Wine itself was decent but nothing I'd rave about. Delivery came two days after the slot they gave me, which was annoying as I had to rearrange the drop off. Prices are a bit higher than I'd expect for what you get, so probably a 'maybe' for me.
Read moreHonestly this was the best of the three sites I looked at for buying a case of decent wine without paying the high street prices. I'd compared a couple of others first and this one had a better range and the bottles arrived in good nick. Only thing is the checkout kept logging me out so I had to start my basket again once, which was a bit annoying but not a dealbreaker for me.
Read moreFree delivery over a set amount is what made me pick them over the other site I'd been looking at, which charged extra for the same order. The bottles came in good condition. The only thing I'd flag is that the checkout asked me to create an account before I could see the final total, which felt a bit pushy.
Bought the rioja pack to try something new and it's lovely, proper depth without being heavy. I compared it with a couple of other sites first and the price was a touch higher than one of them but the bottles came well packed so I didn't mind. Would have liked a bit more info on the tasting notes but otherwise fine.
Compared to the high street off licence I used to go to, this is noticeably cheaper for the same bottles and the range has got better. I've been a customer a long time now and the ordering is still quick. Only niggle is the odd bottle that turns up a day later than the rest of the order.
Ordered for the first time last week after a mate recommended them. The checkout was easy and the bottles were well packed, though the delivery window was a bit wider than I'd have liked so I had to wait in for most of the morning. Price was fair and the wine itself was nice.
Needed a bottle for a leaving do with a few days notice and the same day slot saved me. Ordered at lunch, it was on the doorstep by evening. Bottle was nice and the card message option was handy.
Needed a few bottles for a dinner party with about a day's notice and found this on my phone. Checkout was quick and the slot I picked was the one I got. Only thing was the bottles arrived a bit warm, so I had to pop them in the fridge.

drinkpurewine is an online retailer of wine, focusing on bottles produced without the additives and heavy intervention that are common in mainstream winemaking. The range centres on natural and low-intervention wines from small producers, with an emphasis on transparency about how each bottle is made. The website presents each wine with notes on its production so that customers can understand what they are buying.
The company sells directly to consumers who want to know more about the wine they drink, from enthusiasts exploring natural wine to newcomers looking for a clearer alternative to conventional labels. Orders are placed through the website and shipped to customers in the United Kingdom, and the business does not operate a network of physical shops.
