Ordered on the app, pretty simple to use. Food was good and arrived warm, just one of the sauces had leaked a bit into the bag. Would order again though.

I placed my order by telephone as I prefer, and the lady who took it was patient with my questions about the dietary notes. The food was sound and well presented on arrival. It did take a little while to get through to someone, which was a small inconvenience.

Signed up on my phone on the bus and the whole thing took about two minutes, which is the bit that stood out. Picked my meals, paid, done. Delivery came on the day and the fridge packs were still cold. Haven't had to ring them yet, so can't speak for that side. Good so far.

I'd used them for about two years and this is still a good service. I wanted to change my delivery day and the site made it fiddly, I had to go through three screens before it saved. The meals themselves are as good as ever and the price hasn't moved.

I bought the anniversary dinner set for my husband, who is rather particular about his food, and he was very pleased with it. The beef was tender and the accompaniments were well chosen without being fussy. The delivery was prompt and the driver took the trouble to place the box in the cool bag properly. I shall certainly order from them again for our next occasion.

The main dishes were filling and reheated well in the oven. The side portions were a bit meagre, though, and I'd have liked a little more for the price. Would still order again.

The ingredients were fresh and the recipe card was clear, which I appreciated since I don't cook as often as I used to. The team were helpful when I rang with a question about the portion sizes, and the whole thing was very well put together.

Compared it with the big supermarket meal kits and this came out cheaper per portion once I'd factored in the delivery charge they add. The boxes arrived on the day I picked, everything was cold and the portions were properly filling for two of us. Ordering took about five minutes and the site remembered my last order, which saved me a lot of faffing about every week.

I ordered the fish pie from the chilled range for a Sunday lunch with my sister and it turned out splendidly. The sauce was rich, the potato topping was browned and the portion fed the two of us with a little left over. The delivery came within the agreed slot and the packaging kept everything properly chilled.

Ordered the weekly box on my phone during a meeting break. Arrived 40 minutes after the window opened and one of the bags had split at the bottom. Customer services replied in a day and sorted a refund for the broken item, but the tomatoes were bruised. Wouldn't say no to trying again but it wasn't great.

The food was of a standard I would be happy to serve to guests, and I found the staff courteous when I had a query about a substitution.

Two of the items were missing from the box though, and getting the credit took a few emails. It's a fair service but I'd want the packing checked before I rely on it again.

Looked at a couple of similar services before going with these and the price per meal was the deciding factor. The portions are generous enough that I stretch two meals from each box. Delivery was a day later than I'd like though, and the cool pack had mostly melted. Still a decent option for us.

Veg was honestly the best bit, still crisp and not a bit soggy. Took a bit longer to arrive than the slot said, maybe 20 mins late, but driver was nice about it. Would order again for sure, just mind the time window.
