Compared with the brand I used to buy from, this has a noticeably better grip on the tongs and the marinade brush bristles stay in place. I tried a few options before settling here and this was the clear winner for my money. The site made it easy to pick the right size and it arrived packed neatly. Happy with it.

Honestly the best place i have found for proper barbecue kit and bits, the charcoal arrived well packed and the smoker wood chunks are exactly what i use for brisket. I have been grilling for about fifteen years so i am fussy about this stuff and the range here covers what i need without padding it out with junk. Checkout was quick and the order confirmation came straight away. Will keep ordering from them.

I needed a new meat thermometer because my old one gave up halfway through a rack of ribs and that was a bit of a disaster. This one reads quickly and the probe cable is long enough to reach through the lid. Delivery took a day longer than they said but the order itself was smooth and the thermometer is great so far.

My old gas grill finally gave up on the burners so I needed a replacement before my mate's birthday cookout. Found what I was after here, the burners light first time and the grease tray pulls out easily for cleaning. Delivery was quick too. Happy with it.

I compared a few sites before buying and this one came out ahead of the usual supermarket for barbecue gear. The thermometer probe I wanted was in stock and the description actually matched the spec, which is more than I can say for some of the others. Ordering was simple and the delivery was on the date given. Glad I went with them over the rest.

Yes it is a good smoker and the lid seals well so the heat stays where it should. Price is a bit higher than I saw on other sites for the same model though, and I only noticed after I had already paid. I smoke brisket most weekends so I know my kit.

I looked at a few kamado options before going for the ceramic one from here, mainly because the reviews on the others were mixed. This one holds temperature beautifully and the lid seal is solid. Delivery was a proper pallet job so I had to arrange someone to be home, but the driver was patient and sorted it out. Would order again.

I have been buying my barbecue bits from them since the old website days, and the same reliable service is still there. Last month I wanted new wood chunks for the smoker and they were in the post within two days. The chunks smell just as lovely as they always have.

Bought the pizza stone for my oven and it is holding heat properly now. Took a couple of preheats to get the feel of it but the crust comes out crisp on the bottom. Arrived fine and no chips in it. A small thing is the price is a bit above what I have seen elsewhere, but it is decent quality.

The smoker box I bought works well and the wood chips smell lovely. Thing is I found the same item cheaper on another site the following week, which stung a bit. The order arrived on the day promised and was well packed. Fair enough, but I would check prices before buying.

Bought the meat thermometer for the price and it reads fast and stays accurate. Cheaper than most places I checked and it arrived quickly too. Got through a few long cooks already and it has not let me down yet.

The side shelf on the charcoal grill had a small dent in it when it arrived, which I did not expect from a box that looked so sturdy. The rest of the order was spot on and the grill itself works a treat, so I'm not too bothered.

Compared to the stuff you get in the big shops this is miles better for the price. The sauce set tastes proper and the bottles were all intact. Checkout was easy and it turned up the next day. Sound.

Compared to the cheaper marketplace sellers I looked at, this site has far better meat thermometers for the money. The cheap ones I tried before were all wildly off after a few uses, whereas this one has stayed accurate through a dozen cooks. The checkout was smooth and the box was sturdy. Good value.

Bought the offset smoker they list as their bestseller and it turned up in one piece, which is not a given for something that size. Assembly took me a Saturday afternoon but the instructions were clear and every part was there. I have run two brisket cooks on it now and the temperature holds well with a bit of fire management. Solid buy for the money.

Good value for the money, the spatula and tongs set does what it needs to. Not the fanciest stuff but it works fine at the grill. Would have liked the handles a bit longer but that is a small thing. Shipping was quick.

I needed the replacement heat deflector plates for my grill, which had cracked, so I reached out to the team. Getting the order placed was fiddly as the site kept logging me out at the payment step. Then the plates took well over a week to arrive, which was longer than I was told. Once they came the fit was fine, but it was a frustrating start.

Moved into my first flat with a balcony so needed a small grill that wouldn't take over. Got a compact one here and it fits perfectly. Set up was easy enough. Good for a first grill.
