The thing that stood out this time was that my order was delayed by almost a week, with no message until I emailed them. I know the protein blends well because I've tried most of the big names in the chilled section. Ordering was easy and the box arrived cold, as expected, with no damage to the packaging. The price is a little higher than the big brand, but I'd pay it again.
