I'd never used it before, but I'd tried another app first and gave up when the checkout kept timing out. This one let me pick my delivery slot and pay without the usual wait, which felt a lot smoother. It was a bit pricier once the service fee came through at the end, which was a bit annoying, though the food turned up hot. I'd happily order again and just keep an eye on the total before I hit pay.
