Needed a proper joint for Sunday at short notice and this came through in time, which was a relief. Busy week so I just ordered on my phone in a rush and it was easy enough. The beef was lovely and the family were happy.

The sausages are the thing I always come back for, they have a proper coarse texture and the seasoning is spot on. I've been a customer for years and these have never let me down. Just the right amount of pepper.

Got the dry cure back bacon and it was nice but took ages to arrive, like a week more than they said. Taste was good though, lovely and smoky. Just a bit annoying with the wait.

The lamb rack was the highlight, the bones were frenched neatly and the fat was trimmed just right. Roasted it hard for twenty minutes and it came out pink. Been buying from them for years and this one never disappoints.

I would say this is an excellent choice for a special occasion, and the beef joint we ordered was tender and beautifully cooked. The staff were courteous when I rang with a question about the cut. I shall order again.

I needed a proper gift for my brother who is hard to buy for, and a hamper from here seemed the right sort of thing. The order was simple to place and the cheeses and charcuterie were beautifully presented. He was delighted, and so was I, to be honest. Everything arrived in very good order.

The lamb shoulder I got for a slow Sunday roast was the best bit of my week, it was so tender you could pull it apart with a fork after about four hours in the oven. Had it on the bone and there was loads of fat that rendered down nicely into the gravy. Ordering was simple enough on the site and it arrived frozen and well packed, nothing thawed. Would order it again for sure.

Way better than the supermarket mince, honestly, it's got actual flavour and doesn't swim in water in the pan. Ordered it for a mates night of burgers and everyone was asking. Delivery was quick too.

We ordered the venison haunch for Christmas dinner and it arrived frozen solid in a cool box, perfectly packed. Took two days in the fridge to thaw properly, then roasted low and slow with juniper and red wine. Sliced thin, it was tender and rich without being gamey. The family asked where we got it from, so that's us sorted for next year.

Needed some decent burgers for a bbq at the weekend and these were way better than what I'd have grabbed from the shop. Cooked up juicy and held together on the grill. Ordering was easy on the site.

The beef joint was excellent, well marbled and the roast came out perfectly pink. I know the cuts well and this is up with the best of my local butcher. The only thing was the delivery slot was a bit broad, so I had to wait in for most of the morning.

I always go for the ribeye, and it's been consistent every single order over the years. Good marbling, nice thick cut, it sears well in a hot pan. Haven't had a bad one yet.

Had the chorizo and the flavour was good, proper smoky paprika kick. I'd compared a few options first and this was dearer than the local deli, which I noticed. Delivery took longer than I'd have liked, the box turned up a day late and the cool packs were nearly gone. The food was still fine once it arrived.

Compared to the fish counter at my supermarket this is noticeably fresher and the fillets were a good thickness. I've been using them for years now. Cooked the salmon with a bit of lemon and it flaked beautifully.

Compared to the big online grocers this is in another league for steak, the cuts are properly hung and you can actually tell. I'd tried a couple of other meat boxes before and they felt like a gamble. This was my first order and I was impressed with how it was cut and packed.

The pork belly was lovely and crisp on top, and the flavour was excellent. Ordering took a little while as I had to re-enter my address twice on the site. Once it was sorted it was all straightforward and the parcel arrived on time.

Way better than the Tesco steak I usually grab, the ribeye actually tasted of beef and cooked up so nice. Ordered Thursday and it was on my doorstep Friday morning, all good. Would get it again for sure, my boyfriend couldn't stop going on about it.
