I purchased the sourdough loaves and the Victoria sponge, as my wife had been asking for something homemade. The sourdough had a proper crust and the cake was light and well made. Packaging was sturdy and kept everything intact, which I did not expect. A most agreeable experience all round.

I bought a selection of aged cheddars and a Comté, having cooked with these for years and being picky about them. The ripeness was spot on and they kept their texture, which I didn't expect from a delivered order. The chutney was a nice extra. Packed well with ice packs, and the cheese arrived at proper temperature, which matters to me.

I got the family meal kit box after looking at a couple of other places first, mostly because the other one wanted a bigger minimum. The recipe cards were clear and the portions were right for two of us. Ingredients were fresh and packed cold, so I'd say it's the better option for a weeknight.

Best thing is the bread arrived still warm from the bakery and I didn't expect that. I only ordered a few bits so it was a quick job to get going. The site was clear and easy to use. Honestly I'll be back for the bread alone.

Needed loads of drinks and snacks for my flatmate's birthday and didn't fancy trekking round three shops. Bought the oat milk and a couple of plant based yoghurts as a first order to see how it went. The oat milk was good, tasted fresh and wasn't too sweet. The yoghurts were a bit warmer than I'd like when they got here, though they were still within date. Slots were easy to pick and the driver was friendly.

Compared to the big chains I usually use, this is cheaper on most of my regular bits, especially the meat and cheese. The site is a bit clunky when you search for a specific brand, so it took me longer to fill the basket than I'd like. The bags came in good condition and the driver was on time, which counts for a lot on a Saturday morning.

Compared with my usual online shop, this comes in a fair bit cheaper on the basics like milk, bread and pasta. The downside is the range is smaller, so I had to fill a couple of gaps elsewhere. Delivery was on the morning I picked and nothing got broken.

Good value, honestly, for what you get in a weekly shop. The prices on the store brand lines are noticeably lower than I expected, and the quality holds up. I did find a couple of items came in a bigger size than I wanted, and getting that sorted through the app took a few steps. Otherwise I'd keep using it for the staples.
