The first thing I noticed was how clear the labels were on every single pot. Made it easy to know what I was eating and when to use it up. Haven't had any issues yet.

Compared with the traditional butcher I used to use, the cuts here are more consistent in size and quality. The meat was well trimmed and arrived properly chilled, which I wasn't sure it would. Staff were helpful when I queried a weight on one item and the matter was resolved promptly.

We needed a way to keep the weekly food bill under control with three teenagers eating us out of house and home. This does the job, the bulk packs are reasonably priced. Ordering was easy and the delivery arrived on the day.

I got the family pack for the weekend and it was a great call. Everything was well packed and nothing was damaged. The booking process was straightforward and the confirmation came through straight away.

Ordered the protein pack on my phone during a break and it went through fine. The meals were fresh and the portions were what I needed after the gym. Checkout took a bit longer than I'd like but that's about it.

I'd been buying my fresh produce from the supermarket for years, but this box compares very favourably in terms of freshness and variety. The vegetables arrived crisp and the instructions for using them were thoughtful. I was pleased to find the customer service team answered my question about a substitution quite promptly.

I got the seasonal veg box to see if it would actually cut down my shopping, and it has. Everything was fresh and the mix changes each week so I'm not stuck with the same things. Compared a couple of other box schemes first and this one had the better range for the money.

I looked at three other meal kit services before picking this one, and what got me was the recipe cards that actually show each step with photos. Cooking from them was easy even on a Tuesday after work. The ingredients were all there, measured out, and the cooking times were pretty accurate.

What struck me most was how neatly the booking page laid out the choices, so I could set up a regular weekly drop without any fuss. My daughter helped me get it sorted over the phone and the team were patient and clear. The first delivery arrived when promised and everything was in good order.

Honestly this is one of the better-value options I've found for stocking up on ready meals for the week. You get a decent amount for what you pay, and the order was simple to put together on the site. Everything came cold and in one piece, and I've already reordered twice since the first box turned up.

Honestly the best box I've had in ages, everything was fresh and the portions were proper. Ordering on the app took about two minutes and I got a reminder before the slot. Will definitely be getting it again next week.

Yeah this is great, got the big bag of salad and fruit last week and it arrived still cold and really fresh. Ordering was dead easy on the app, took about two minutes. Would do it again no question.
