Coffee

I used to buy supermarket beans from the big chain and this is a clear step up in flavour, so that comparison was my first thought. The beans taste fruitier and less flat, and you can actually tell the roast date. Price is a bit higher than the supermarket though, and delivery took three days when I was hoping for two. Still, I'll keep ordering.

Good coffee, the espresso blend is smooth and makes a proper flat white. Ordered on Thursday and it came Saturday, which is fine. Only niggle is I messaged about a grind setting and it took two days to get a reply, though it was sorted once they answered. Would order again.

Needed something to get through a week of back-to-back meetings and a mate suggested trying this place. Ordered on my phone during a lunch break, took about two minutes, and the bag turned up the next day. The coffee is strong without being bitter and the app remembers my order so reordering is quick. Brilliant.

I bought their decaf single origin, which I was rather doubtful about given past experiences. It is very pleasant indeed, with a gentle sweetness. The packaging was well sealed and I am glad I gave it a go.

Last spring one delivery was a few days late which annoyed me, but they emailed to say so and it turned up the next day. The Brazilian is still my favourite, and I've never had a bad bag from them.
