Cellars Wine Club

Checked three other wine clubs before picking this one and it was the easiest to sign up for. The bottles we've had so far have been really good and the price per bottle works out fair. Glad we went with it.

We needed a present for my dad's 70th and didn't want to just grab something from the supermarket. I looked at a few clubs before settling on this one. Quick sign up, bottles arrived well packed and he was made up.

First time ordering so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the tasting card that came with the box was the bit I liked most, it actually told me what I was drinking. Delivery was on the day, though the box was a bit bigger than I expected for my hall cupboard. Sign up was painless.

I ordered a mixed case of white and red for my son's birthday and had it sent straight to him. The website made the choices easy, and I was able to add a note which he said he enjoyed reading. The bottles arrived in good order and the whole thing was handled politely from start to finish. I would be grateful if you would pass on my thanks to whoever packed it.

Compared to the supermarket wine deals I used to rely on, this is a step up in quality. Bottles come when they should and I've never had a bad one. Been a member a long while and it's still the first place I look.

Signed up for the monthly red box last month, mostly because the price per bottle was lower than what I'd pay in town. Sign up took about five minutes on my phone, no faff. Only niggle is the app is a bit clunky when you want to skip a month, had to go through the website instead. The wine itself is good, the malbec was a nice surprise. Will see how the next few go.

Wine is fine, nothing wrong with the bottles themselves but my box took nearly a week longer than the site said it would and i had to chase it twice. Customer service did reply eventually. Would probably order again if the delivery sorted itself out but not in a hurry to.

Honestly, way better than the offers I was getting from the supermarket, the wine tastes like it's been chosen rather than just discounted. Signing up on the app took about two minutes. Box turned up Thursday, bottles all fine.
