I bought the wildflower honey jar as a gift for my sister who keeps bees in Shropshire. The jar came well packed in a box with plenty of padding, and the seal was intact when I opened it. Nothing else to say really, it is exactly what I wanted and I would order it again.

Compared with the hamper I usually get from the big supermarket, this one has more interesting cheeses and chutneys. My first order arrived a day later than the tracking said, which was a bit annoying, but the customer service email explained it straight away. Everything inside was in good condition and tasted lovely. I'd give it another go but probably not for the full gift set price.

I needed something decent for my home espresso setup, as the supermarket blends were making my shots taste flat and bitter. I went for a single origin Ethiopian with bright fruity notes and it pulls beautifully at about nine bar. The roast date was printed on the bag, which I always look for. Grind size guidance on the site would help newcomers, but I have been happy with every bag so far.

I needed a decent cold brew coffee because I've been making it at home for the summer and the supermarket stuff tastes like cardboard. The beans they sent were fresher than I expected and the grind was spot on for a cold steep. Took a few days to arrive which was fine, though the tracking link didn't work until the next morning. A bit pricier than the big chains but the flavour is noticeably cleaner, so I don't really mind.

I looked at three other places before settling here, mostly on price and what they had in the Rioja range. The Crianza I picked was the best of the lot for the money and it came exactly as described. Delivery was on time and the box kept everything cool. Good pick for a dinner party.

Ordered the tea sampler on my phone on the way to work and the checkout was quick. The box turned up the next afternoon with all six tins in good nick. I've been drinking the Earl Grey blend every morning since, it is smooth and not too strong. Will order again when the tins run out, which is about a month.

Been ordering from them for years now, probably since the coffee beans were only sold in one size. Still the same reliable packing and the emails letting you know when your order has gone out. The house blend hasn't changed much which is exactly why I keep coming back. Price has crept up a little over time but not so much that I'd go anywhere else.

I sent a cheese box to my husband for his birthday and the selection they put together was lovely, with a proper hard cheese and a soft one that we had on crackers that evening. The order went through without any bother and the parcel turned up when they said it would. Packed well too, nothing squashed. I'd happily order from them again for the next occasion, and I think he'll be asking for the same box.
