The oat and seed granola is the thing I keep reordering, it's not too sweet and the bag stays crisp for ages. I've bought from a couple of other brands and this one is the nicest for the price. Only thing is the box was a bit squashed when it turned up, though the granola itself was fine.

We needed something to batch cook for the week after my husband's shifts changed and we had no time to shop. I looked at a couple of other meal kit and frozen options first, but the portions here were bigger and the reheating instructions were clearer. The only niggle was that one of the containers arrived slightly warm on the edge, so I binned it just to be safe. Otherwise it did the job.

I've bought the same kind of chilli oil from a big supermarket for years and this one has far more heat and a proper garlic note. The price is a bit higher per jar but you get more in each one. Ordering was simple and the jars arrived without a crack in them.

The first thing I noticed was how much flavour the small jars of chilli sauce had. I'd only ordered them as a gift for my dad, and he's already asked where I got them. Sign up was dead quick and the parcel came with ice packs, which I didn't expect.

Compared with the big supermarket delivery service, this is about the same per item but the range is much smaller. The fiddly bit was that a couple of items came in the wrong size packs and I had to fill in a return form online before I got a credit. It's fine for the odd order but I'd not do a full shop with them.

I've been having the seasonal veg box from them for about three years now. This week's came with the usual mix plus some good-looking chard I'd never have picked myself. Everything was fresh, the box arrived on the day it was meant to, and I've not had a bad week yet, so I just keep renewing.

Went through a few options before settling on this, including a couple of the posh deli brands and a supermarket own brand. This one has the most heat without tasting harsh, and the garlic comes through properly. I put it on eggs, noodles and roast potatoes and it works on all of them. Ordering was easy and it turned up well packed. Will keep reordering, it's the one in my cupboard now.

I wanted a simple, ready-made soup for my sister who is recovering from an operation. The order was straightforward to place and the soups were delivered in good time. They were exactly as described and very welcome.

Honestly it's still the best value for what I get. I've been ordering their bread and dairy top-up for ages and it's always fresh. Customer service has answered every query I've sent.

I checked a few other box schemes and this one was a fair bit cheaper per kilo. The downside is you don't get to pick anything out, so there was a bag of parsnips I never used. Delivery came on the day I was told, which was nice.
