Black Rifle Coffee

The first thing I noticed was how strong the smell is when you open the bag, proper rich and not stale at all. It's a lot better than I expected for a first order. Delivery was fast and I'll be ordering again soon.

I bought the ground coffee for the french press and it's been great every morning. The grind is coarse enough that it doesn't go muddy, which has been my problem with other brands. Ordering was straightforward and the box arrived well packed.

I did find the blend a fair cup, though I would have liked a little more body in it. The order itself was easy enough to place on the website. Delivery took longer than the site suggested, which was a bit disappointing when I had nothing left in the tin.

Good coffee, the medium roast is smooth and I like that it isn't bitter. The bags are a bit on the pricey side compared to what I'd pay elsewhere, which is my only real gripe. Ordering on the app was simple and delivery was quick. I'll probably stick with it but I watch the price when the next one's due.

Compared to the supermarket own brand and a couple of the big name roasters, these came out ahead for me. The flavour is bolder than the supermarket and not as pricey as the other roasters. I tried three bags before settling, and this is the one I keep reordering.
