Compared it with the importer I normally use and this was noticeably less for the same Almdudler and a few tins of Austrian pickles. Shipping was reasonable and the box arrived in one piece. Not much more to say really, I put the difference towards the Speck I was after and I'm happy with that.
Read moreHonestly the bit that annoyed me most was the driver dropping my shop at the wrong flat in my block, which meant I had to chase it up with the site for ages before anyone got back to me. Items were fine when I finally got them. Prices are a bit steep for what you get tbh, and the app kept logging me out mid checkout which was well annoying. Probably wont order again.
Read moreMy wife wanted proper Tiroler Speck for her Knödel and the big supermarkets near us didn't have any. I looked at a few other shops first and this one had the right thing, though it was dearer than the deli in town. The order went through fine but getting a reply to my question about the cut took a few days, which was slow. The Speck itself was good once it turned up.
Read moreI needed a proper Speck for a Tyrolean breakfast and this ticked every box, sliced thinly and properly cured. The packing kept it cold and the sell by date was well into the future. Checkout was simple and the product description matched what turned up.

My father in law grew up in Vienna and I wanted a hamper of things he would recognise. Put one together from the site, with Mozartkugeln, marzipan and a bottle of Grüner Veltliner. Everything arrived beautifully wrapped and he was thrilled. Nothing else to say, it was the perfect gift.
Got the Marillenschnaps and a case of Almdudler for a stag weekend. Ordered at midnight on my phone and it all came through no bother. Delivery turned up exactly when the app said. The bottles were in one piece and the lads loved it.
Wiener Schnitzel breadcrumbs, a proper bottle of Almdudler and the Sachertorte base I could never find locally, all in one order. The site was easy to search and the sizes listed correctly. Delivery arrived in a cold bag on the day I picked. Would happily order from them again for Sunday teas.
Best Speck I can get in the UK, and I have been ordering from here for years. The delivery is always reliable and packed well for the cold. Prices have crept up a little but they are still fair. Never had a problem.
Get the Lindt-style Austrian chocolates and the Manner wafers here, cheapest I have found online. Shipping is quick and the box survives the trip. Save your money and just buy from here.
Bought the Bergkäse wedge for a cheese board and it was exactly right, nutty and firm with proper flavour. Packed well with ice packs and no leaks. Would buy it again.
The Lebkuchen were soft and spiced exactly how I hoped, and they arrived in good time for Christmas. I compared a few places first and this had the best choice. Tins looked lovely too.

AustrianSupermarket is an online grocery retailer focused on food and drink products from Austria and the wider German-speaking region. The range includes traditional Austrian staples such as cheeses, cured meats, bakery items, chocolates, confectionery, preserves, mustards and regional specialities alongside drinks like beers, wines and non-alcoholic soft drinks. The site is aimed at customers in the United Kingdom who want authentic Austrian produce that is hard to find in ordinary high street supermarkets.
The business operates primarily through its website, where customers can browse by category and order products for delivery to their home address. Its appeal rests on the selection of imported brands and seasonal goods, which allows people with a connection to Austria or an interest in its food culture to stock up on familiar favourites.
