I needed a fair few bits in a hurry for a dinner party at short notice. Looked at two other sites first and this had the widest range of fresh fish and decent cheese. Booked a slot for the same evening and it arrived with time to spare. Everything I asked for was there.

Got my first delivery from them last weekend, a few bits for a takeaway night. The slot I picked was ten minutes early and the driver texted as he pulled up. Everything was in the bags, cold stuff was cold. Would order again.

Their weekly delivery turned up on the day I booked, which is what I expect from a service like this. Prices on the basics were sensible and the driver carried everything in and put the chilled things away without being asked. I found the checkout straightforward enough.

Ordered my dinner stuff on the app on the bus and it just worked, which is rare. The bit that stood out was the substitutions option, I could say what I'd take if something was out of stock. Driver was on time and didn't faff about. Cheers.

Compared them with the big supermarket delivery and they came out cheaper on the same basket of basics, milk, bread, tea and a few tins. Delivery charge was lower too. Packing was fine and the driver was polite. Nothing flash, but it does the job for the money.

They're still my go to for the weekly shop after about six years with them. Ordering is quick and I've got my usual list saved so it takes minutes. The one thing that's crept up is the delivery fee, it's a bit more than it was. Otherwise the drivers are reliable and rarely miss a slot, and substitutions are sensible.

Ordered a big weekly shop from them for the first time last Tuesday, mostly tinned stuff, nappies and some fresh veg. Site was easy to use and the slot picker had a decent range of times. Bits of the fresh veg were a bit past their best though, so I had to ring up for a refund. They sorted it straight away.

I know a fair bit about cooking and I was pleased with the range of fresh produce and proper cuts of meat, which is better than most delivery sites. The trouble is the delivery slots, the good ones were gone within minutes. When I did get one, the butcher's order arrived fine but a couple of items were a bit underweight. Decent enough.

I've ordered from them for a good few years, usually without bother. This time I got a wrong brand of oat milk and two items I never asked for, and the cheese had gone off. Phoning to sort it took ages on hold. I'll be checking the basket more carefully from now on.
