The restorative sessions

I bought the restorative course in the spring and I'm glad I did. The instructions are clear and unhurried, which suits me. I did ring their helpline once and they were most courteous and got back to me the same day.

The instructors are lovely

The biggest thing for me is that the instructors explain each move properly and go slowly enough for someone my age. I've been a member for a few years now and the programme still changes with the seasons. Staff have always answered my emails quickly and politely.

Best of the lot we tried

Went with them after comparing three or four other places and this was the one that actually sent me the right plan first time. The sign up took about ten minutes, the consultation was done over video and the person was easy to talk to and didn't rush me. Would happily go back.

solid, if a bit pricey

Been a member a long while and the classes are still well run. The price went up at renewal which stung a bit, though not enough to leave. Sessions are on time and the support team sorted a booking mix up within a day.

Needed something for uni stress

Needed something to stop me sitting hunched over my laptop all day at uni so I signed up here. Easy to start and the short sessions fit round lectures. Would do it again.

The meal plan pack

Ordered the meal plan add on to go with the yoga sessions and it arrived as promised. The recipes are simple and the portions are sensible. Compared two other places first and this was the easiest to set up.

Way better than my old app

Switched over from another fitness app and this one is way easier to follow. Sessions are short and I can do them in my room. Sign up was dead quick.

better than the gym class I used to do

Having used a local studio for years I tried Yogaia last spring and it's a lot less hassle to fit in around work. The weekly sessions still feel properly structured and the instructors remember your name. Been with them ages now and still no complaints.

got the monthly plan

Got the monthly plan in the January sale and it's been loads better than I expected. The sessions are short so I actually do them. Booking was simple and the videos play smoothly. Pretty happy.

Quicker than the gym

Compared it with a gym membership and this is way quicker to fit in, no travelling. Hit play on the session and it's just there on my phone. Only downside was the first login took a few tries.

Suited my needs well

I required something to help with my posture after many years at a desk and this course was the one I settled on. The graded sessions are sensibly paced and the explanations are thorough without being tiresome. I was grateful for the reminder emails which kept me on track.

Wanted something gentler than running

After my knee started giving me grief I wanted something lower impact than running, and yoga seemed the sensible choice. The sessions are clearly split by level so I could start at the right point. Booking and tracking are sorted in the app.

Needed something I could do at home

I'd been putting off sorting my back out for months because the commute to classes was a pain. Compared a few online options and this one had the clearest beginner sessions and a proper schedule I could stick to. The first week was tough but I can feel the difference now, and the app kept track of what I'd done without me having to think about it.

Nice to have it on the phone

Compared it against a couple of other apps and this one just felt quicker to use. Booked a session between meetings and it took under a minute. The sessions run to time too which is more than I can say for the others.

sessions are good but the sign up took a while

The sessions themselves are good, I liked how the video gives you a clear view of each pose. Sign up was slower than I expected because I had to confirm my details twice. Once I was in, the sessions ran smoothly.

Video sessions on my lunch break

Used the video sessions on my lunch break between meetings and they're short enough that I actually stick to them. Signing up took about two minutes on my phone and the first session started straight away. Good enough for a busy week, I reckon.

stuck with them for a year

Honestly it's the sessions that keep me coming back, they fit into my week without any fuss. I've been a subscriber for over a year and the content keeps getting refreshed. Renewal is easy to manage in the account settings.

Good value for what you get

Compared a few yoga and nutrition programmes before picking this one and it's the most reasonably priced for what's included. The sign up process did take a while because I had to confirm my details twice, but once I was in, the plan was clear. Would still recommend it to a friend.

The workout pack I bought

Bought the strength pack after comparing a few other programmes, and this one had the clearest progression. Set up took a few minutes and the sessions played without any buffering. Good value for what it is.
