I've been using the home cholesterol test from them since they first started. Ordering the kit has always been painless and it arrives in a plain box with the return pack. Recent kits have taken longer to get, about a week and a half, and the results came through with no explanation, which left me wondering if I should ring my gp. Still reasonable value, just not as slick as it was.
Compared it with going private at a clinic and this was cheaper by quite a bit. The kit was fine, arrived in a few days, but the results were slow to come through and the return postage was a bit of a faff. You get what you pay for I suppose.
