I bought the starter pack when I first signed up and it has lasted me longer than I thought it would. The instructions are printed clearly and I found them easy to follow even without my glasses. I've been using it for a couple of months now and I've had no complaints at all.

I needed a change after my doctor mentioned my blood pressure figures were creeping up. Signing up was straightforward and a member of staff rang me to check I understood what I was signing up for. I have found the plan sensible and it has been a steady help over the months.

I compared three or four options before picking this one and it is definitely the most expensive of the lot. The plan itself does what it says and the app is decent for tracking things. The reply to my first question took nearly three days, which was annoying when I had a query about my account.

I was rather pleased to find that the sign up process was not a chore, as I had feared it might be. The customer team answered my question about dietary restrictions within the hour, which I did not expect, and I have since recommended the service to my sister in Harrogate.

Way better than the last thing I tried, which was a gym app that wanted a card before I'd even seen a plan. This one let me look round first and the setup was quick. Only thing is the delivery took a bit longer than I'd have liked but fine.

I looked at a few other services before this and found the same sort of thing for less money elsewhere. This one is perfectly fine and the app is easy enough to use. I did find the sign up took longer than I expected because of a few extra forms to fill in.

I used to pay for a different plan elsewhere and this one is a lot simpler to manage, which is what made me switch. I've been a customer for a few years now and the support team have always answered my questions the same day. The price is about what I was paying before so I'm not losing anything, and I feel like I'm getting more back from it.

The first thing I noticed was how little packaging there was, just a box with everything sorted into labelled bags. I'd never tried a plan like this before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the instructions were clear and the app walked me through the first week without me having to think too hard about it.

Good value for the money, and the monthly plan works out cheaper than buying the same bits in the shops. Signing up took about five minutes and the delivery turned up when they said it would.

I went with the monthly box after comparing a few different options and this one came out on top for me. The contents were what I expected and the portions are a sensible size for one person. It arrived well packed and I have been very happy with it so far.

Compared to the gym app I was using before, this is far simpler and I don't have to pay for things I don't use. The meal plans are sensible and the nutrition breakdowns are clear. The setup took a few minutes and the first delivery was on time.

My practice nurse had mentioned my blood sugar reading was on the high side at my last check, and she suggested I look into some structured meal support rather than trying to sort it out myself from leaflets. I've been using the plan for about two years now. The meals are well balanced, the portions suit me, and the team have been patient with my questions over the phone whenever I've needed to change something.

Honestly really good, the app is easy to use and the plan updates every week so it doesnt feel samey. Took about a minute to sign up. Would use again.

I bought the meal planner add on and I know enough about nutrition to be fairly picky about these things. The suggested meals are reasonable but a few of the recipes repeat too often for my liking. The guidance on portions is useful and the app lets me swap things out easily enough.

Got the meal planner add on last week, been using it every day since. Easy to set up on my phone and the shopping list updates when I swap a meal out. Saves me time, which is the main thing when you're juggling uni and a part time job.

This is a decent plan that does most of what it should, and I have worked in nutrition for a few years so I know what to look for. The meal guidance is sound and the portions are about right. My only gripe is that the delivery windows are quite wide, so I end up waiting in for a whole morning.

The weekly plan is the thing I keep coming back to, because it changes just enough from week to week that I don't get bored of it. I've been on it since before the app had a proper reminder feature, and I can say the recipes have improved a lot. Still happy with it.

Signed up last month for the plan and it's been pretty good so far, the app is clean and the reminders actually work which I wasn't expecting. Delivery was a day later than the date it showed me but nothing major. Helpful when I messaged them too, they got back to me within the same afternoon.

I needed something gentle to help with my joint stiffness after my GP suggested I look at changing my diet a bit. The advice that came with my plan was clear and sensible, and I appreciated that nobody pushed me into anything. The only small niggle was that the first delivery took a day longer than they had said it would, but everything else has been very good.
