I purchased the vanilla variety after my GP suggested I look at structured meal replacements. It has been a sensible choice for me so far. The instructions on the tub were clear, though I did find the scoop a little small. Dispatch took longer than I had hoped, around four working days, but everything arrived in good order.

Ordered the coffee sachets last week, got them in a couple of days. Mixing is easy with a spoon and tastes fine with cold milk. Been using them every morning on the way to work, keeps me going till lunch.

Needed something to help with cravings after the doctor flagged my blood sugar. Ordered it hoping it would do the job but honestly it didn't make much difference for me. The support email took four days to come back and by then I'd already decided. Packaging was fine, nothing wrong with it, just not for me.

The sachets are handy, I threw a few in my bag for uni. First order so no idea about reorders yet. Arrived in a couple of days and the box was a bit squashed but nothing inside was broken. Taste is ok, nothing amazing, but I'd try another flavour.

Taste is decent, mixes ok in a bottle though it does leave a few lumps if you're lazy about it. Only reason it's not 5 is the price is a bit higher than the supermarket stuff.

Tastes better than I expected and it's the first one I've stuck with past a week. Chocolate is the one I keep reordering. Wish the box came with a bit more info on the back about portions but otherwise sorted.

Worked out the cost per serving against the big brand in Boots and this comes out cheaper by a fair bit. Same number of shakes roughly. Delivery was a day later than the site said but nothing dramatic. Packaging was tidy and nothing leaked. Only small niggle is the sachets are a bit fiddly to tear open one-handed.

Keeps me full till lunch which is the main thing for me. Bought it because my lunches were always a disaster. Ordering was simple and it arrived when promised. Mixes fine in a shaker, no need for a blender. Would happily go back for another month.

The protein one is the one to get if you're already training, the others are a bit light on it. I've been using these powders for years so I know what to look for. Mixes smooth with a whisk and the chocolate tastes like chocolate. Price is higher than the big online sellers, which is why it isn't a five for me. Otherwise solid.

Works out about the same as the one I was getting from the chemist, but this is a fair bit cheaper through the site. Taste is very similar, a bit thinner maybe. I've been using it about two years now on and off. Delivery has always turned up when they said.

Honestly the best bit is the sachets, I chucked a few in my bag and they didn't squash or anything. Ordered once and it came quick, no fuss at all. Tastes better than I expected too, not chalky like the shakes I had before. Would get again for sure.
