Needed a cheap way to eat better

I needed a cheaper way to eat better without buying loads of supplements. The plan uses ordinary shop ingredients which keeps the weekly bill sensible. Signing up was simple and the first coach call was useful.

The weekly check ins keep me on track

What I noticed most is the weekly check in with my coach, which runs on the app and takes ten minutes. I've been a member for going on three years now and it's the consistency that keeps me coming back. They remember what I said last month, which I wasn't expecting. The meal swaps have kept things interesting too. Still very happy with it.

Really glad I signed up

Honestly this is one of the better health things I've paid for. Signed up for the nutrition coaching a few weeks ago as a first timer and was nervous about it being too clinical. The first call was relaxed, the coach was clued up, and I've already noticed I'm sleeping better.

Better value than the other one I tried

Compared to the other online programme I tried last year this one is better value, the coaching is included rather than sold as extras. Booked my first session in a couple of minutes. Happy with it so far.

really pleased I went for it

Really pleased I went for it, first time I've stuck with a health programme for more than a fortnight. The sign up was straightforward and the first session with my coach set the tone nicely. Would tell my mum to try it.

the meal plans are actually good

Got the meal plan with the shopping list bit and honestly the list alone saves me so much time. Mostly stuff I already had in the cupboard, which was a nice surprise. Cooking has been way less of a faff since. Would def do it again lol

Good but the app is a bit clunky

Signed up for the plan last week and it's been good so far. The meal logging on the app is a bit clunky though, takes a few taps more than I'd like when I'm on the go. Coaching replies came back within a day which was fine. Would still go with it again.

A sensible plan that suits older tastes

I was a little unsure at first whether a programme like this would suit someone of my years, but I have to say the meals are sensible and the portions are not too small. I signed up over the phone and the lady who took my details was very patient with me. The weekly check ins have been helpful and I feel I am getting somewhere with my cholesterol. I'd happily recommend it to a friend of my age.

Much better than the old app

Compared to the calorie app I had before this is so much more useful, the meal suggestions actually match what's in my fridge. Booking a session with the coach was quick on my phone while on the bus. Only been a month but I'm already noticing a difference.

The 12 week plan is brilliant

Got the 12 week plan in the spring and it's been brilliant. The workouts are short enough to fit in before work. Already dropped a dress size which I'm chuffed about. Recommend it to my mates.

Needed to get my weight down after the op

I needed to get my weight down after a knee op kept me off my feet for months. I've been on their programme for close to two years now and it's been steady. The check ins with the coach keep me honest without being a nag.

Way better than the gym

Compared to my old gym membership this is so much better, I actually use it. Plus the meal ideas are way less boring. Sign up was dead quick and I've already told my flatmate.

Sorted my fitness goals, great fit

Signed up for the programme last month, it's sorted my goals properly. Booking the first consult took two minutes. Coach was spot on, would have been lost without the weekly plan. Fits around work and the kids.

Needed a plan that fit my shifts

I needed something that worked around my shifts at the hospital. Looked at three other options before picking this one, mainly because the meal plan can be adjusted for night work. Setting it up took an evening and the coach has been patient.

bought the guided meal plan again

I bought the guided meal plan again this spring for my husband and me. We've been using them for years now and the recipes are still simple enough to cook on a weeknight. Nothing has changed to make us unhappy.

The starter pack arrived a day late

Bought the starter pack for the nutrition plan. Had to wait an extra day for it to arrive which was a bit annoying but the guide inside is decent and the recipe cards are handy.

bought the 12 week plan and it's been worth it

Bought the 12 week meal and training plan in January when I was fed up with takeaways every night. Costs a fair bit upfront but works out cheaper than the gym I was paying for and the meals are easy to batch cook on a Sunday. Downloading the app took two minutes and the recipes are clear enough even for me.

Needed something for my blood sugar and this helped

I needed a proper eating plan after my GP mentioned my blood sugar was creeping up. I've been a customer for about three years now, on and off, and the advice has never once felt preachy. The dietitian replies to messages within a day or so, which is more than I expected from anything online.

Not as cheap as the free apps but better

Compared to the free calorie tracking apps I'd used before, this costs more each month but the plan actually adjusts when I stall, which none of the free ones did. The coaching sessions were booked a bit slower than I'd like, about a week to get a slot, but once I was on a call it was worth the wait.

yes worth it

Yes it's worth it. Signed up on my phone on the bus, took about five minutes. Coaching messages come through most days and they're not preachy. Happy with it so far, will renew when it comes up.
