Compared with the gym I was paying for, this is way cheaper and I can do the workouts at home. Sign up was dead quick. Not as fancy as a proper studio but it does the job for me.

I needed to get fitter before the football season started and I wanted something I could do around work. The first workout was short enough to fit in before my shift. Signing up was quick and I'm already noticing I can run further.

I needed something to stop me grabbing takeaway every night after work, and this was the first thing I'd tried that actually stuck. Signing up took about five minutes and the weekly plan was waiting when I logged in. Happy with it so far.

I bought the blender bundle along with the protein powder and the motor is much stronger than the cheaper one I had before. The powder mixes without clumps, which was my main worry. Delivery was tracked and arrived a day early. Good kit for the money if you already train regularly.

This works out cheaper than the personal trainer I was using, and that's what made me switch after comparing the two. For the money I get a full weekly plan, check-ins and access to the app. Sign up took a few minutes and I haven't had any problems with billing. It's a good use of the cash for someone on a budget like me.

Compared with the supermarket shakes I was buying before, these taste a lot less chalky and sit better after a session. I did look at two other brands first and this came out a bit cheaper per serving. The only thing that bugged me was the sachets being fiddly to tear open at the gym. Still a fair deal.

The protein pancake mix is what I bought and I was sceptical at first because I know the area well. It cooks up properly golden and doesn't go rubbery, which is more than I can say for some competitors. The flavour is mild, so add a bit of honey if you like it sweeter. Delivery was quick and the bag was sealed.

This is way easier to use than the gym app I had before, which was clunky and kept logging me out. Signing up for the trial took about two minutes and I had my first week's plan straight away. Compared with the other places I'd tried, it's the first one I've stuck with past a month.

I needed a reliable way to track my meals after my doctor suggested I watch my blood sugar more closely. The app itself is perfectly usable, but I found it hard to get a reply from the support team when I had a question about the plan, and I waited close to four days. The plan was not quite what I expected for someone of my age, and I've had to adapt it myself. I'm not sure I'll renew.

Plan arrived quick and the workouts are actually doable at home. Only thing is the app kept logging me out every few days so I had to keep signing back in, annoying but not a dealbreaker. Would buy again.

Got the plan sorted and the first week was fine, the app is decent enough. The sign up took a few tries because my email got stuck in verification for a day. Once I was in it all worked, the meal ideas are fairly varied and I like being told what to eat.

The protein bars were the specific thing I bought, and they were what made me pick this over the other two places I looked at. They taste like a proper chocolate bar rather than cardboard. The price per bar is comparable to the big names. Arrived well packed and in good condition.

The first thing I noticed was how quickly the meal plan landed in my inbox after I signed up, which was a nice surprise for a Monday morning. The recipes are fairly simple and most of the ingredients were things I already had in the cupboard, though the portions were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. I haven't decided yet whether I'll keep going past the first month.

Would say it's worth it if you like having a plan handed to you. The first box took a few days to arrive and the portions were smaller than the photos made them look. Coaches are quick to reply though.

The whey protein tub was the thing I actually bought after a couple of weeks of reading reviews, and it's the one I'd point people to. I compared it against three other brands and this came out ahead on taste and how it mixes. Price is a bit higher than the cheapest option but the scoop is decent and the tub lasts. Delivery came the next working day, which was good.

Honestly really good, the app is easy to use and I've lost a few kilos since starting. Coach messages came back same day every time. Would do it again, no notes.

I needed a plan after my knee op because my usual gym routine was off the table for months and my weight crept up. The team gave me a plan that worked around the physio sessions and the coach adjusted things when I told her how the knee was feeling. I've been a member for over a year now and the support has stayed consistent throughout.
