Honestly the thing I noticed first was how small the nasal dilator kit is, I expected something bulkier. The instructions were clear enough and it fits in my handbag. The only niggle is the strips don't stick as well as I'd hoped in humid weather, so I'm trying a different brand of adhesive. Otherwise pleased for a first try.
