Needed something because my husband's snoring got so bad I was sleeping in the spare room. Ordered the starter pack on a whim and it's been a godsend. Took a bit of getting used to but we're both sleeping properly now and nobody's grumbling at breakfast anymore.

The adjustment is fiddly and the instructions are thin, and it took a week and two emails to get the right size sent out. I'm going back to the clinic route for now.

The dentist-style fitting appointment was handled through the site, the impression kit arrived in about a week and the final device fitted my bite properly first time. Sleeping through now, the wife is happy and so am I, and the follow up emails were actually useful.

Needed this for my dad who has been struggling with sleep apnoea symptoms and hates going to the clinic. I know the product area well enough to say the sizing wasn't quite right on the first device, and getting a replacement took most of a fortnight. Once it arrived he's been much better, though the return process was fiddly.
