Decent for the money

Pretty good value for what you get. Four weeks of meal plans for a fair price, and the shopping lists save me a lot of time. Only small gripe is the portion guide seems a bit generous for someone my size. Would use again.

Shopping list is the best bit

The shopping list is the bit I rate most, it groups everything by section and I can tick things off on my phone while I'm in the shop. Price is a touch above some other plans I've looked at, but the list alone saves me time each week. Small thing is the export to my supermarket app didn't work the first time, although it was fixed after a day.

Yeah it's good

Honestly really good for the price, I'm a bit of a mess with food so this helps. Reminders come through every week which stops me ordering a pizza. Quick to start, took like five mins.

needed a plan after surgery

Needed a structured eating plan after a gallbladder op and my dietitian pointed me here. The low fat options are clearly labelled, which made it easy to stick to. Portions are sensible and the swaps section helped a lot when I got bored. Reliable and well laid out.

needed something for uni

Needed something to stop me living on toast and crisps during exams. Found this and thought I'd give it a go. The plans are easy to follow but the app kept freezing when I tried to log meals on the bus, which was annoying. Support took a few days to reply when I asked about it. Ended up being alright once it sorted itself out.

Better than the other one i tried

I'd tried two other meal plan services before this and they both felt like too much effort to set up, whereas this one had me sorted in about ten minutes with a list of what to eat each day. The recipes are simple and the portions are about right for me. Shopping list export works well too, so I haven't had to think about it much at all. Happy with it so far.

The 12 week plan

Got the 12 week plan in the summer and honestly it's been fine. Signing up was quick, took like two mins on my phone. The workouts are short which is good cos I'm never at the gym for long. Some of the meals are a bit bland but I just add my own sauce. Would do it again.

first time trying it

Never done anything like this before so I wanted something that wouldn't overwhelm me. Started with the beginner plan because I needed help with portions and what counts as a proper meal. The instructions are clear and I didn't feel stupid asking questions. Happy I gave it a go.

Not what I was hoping for

I've used a few plan services and this one felt thin compared to the others. Recipes repeat more than I'd like and the calorie breakdowns were missing on several meals. It was a fair bit more than the alternative I'd used before for what I got. Not for me.

the protein recipe pack

Bought the protein recipe pack after a mate recommended it. Recipes are properly sensible, nothing too fancy, and the macros are listed clearly so I can work out my own targets. Found a couple of typos in the method on one card but nothing that mattered. Reliable and it does the job.

Sorted my food budget

Honestly the weekly meal plan saves me a fortune because I stopped buying loads of stuff that went in the bin. The recipes use cheap things like lentils, tins and frozen veg, and the portions are sensible so there's no leftovers wasted. I signed up on the site in about five minutes with my card and it started the same day. Good value for the money.

the high protein plan

Got the high protein plan for a few months while training for a half marathon. The macro breakdown on each meal is spot on, I checked a few against my food scale and they were close. Recipes are simple enough to batch cook on a Sunday. Solid plan.

A sensible plan for the week

I was rather pleased with how simply the plan is set out. Each day lists breakfast, lunch and supper with the quantities given clearly, which suits me very well. The cost is reasonable for the amount of planning it saves, and I found the recipes gentle on the stomach. I shall certainly carry on with it.

Plan for a 12 week cut

Bought the 12 week cut plan with the training add on. Cost was reasonable for what it covers, especially compared to paying for a coach. Meal prep is manageable, the batch cooking notes are useful, and I found the portion sizes accurate once I weighed things. Good value for the time and effort it saves.

The weekly reminders

The weekly reminders are what got me. Phone buzzes on a Sunday evening with the next week's plan and I just open it and go. Cost is fine and the recipes take about twenty minutes each. Easy, would keep using.

needed something to get back on track

Needed something to get me back on track after the Christmas period, got fed up of eating takeaway every night. Plan is decent and the meals are filling, but the sign up asked for my details twice and I had to contact them to fix a billing error. Sorted within a day in the end. Keeping it for now.

good plan but took a while to sort

Verdict is it's a decent plan and the meals are easy enough. Only gripe is signing up took longer than I expected because it kept asking for my details twice. Once in, the app works fine on my phone.

Easier than the book I had

I had been using a printed diet book for years, and this is far easier to follow by comparison. You can see the week laid out and it tells you what to prepare in advance, which I appreciate. I did find the signing up process rather straightforward, and the customer team were courteous when I had a question about dietary restrictions. I'd happily continue.

The shopping list alone is worth it

The shopping list is what sold me, it's split into aisles so I'm not zigzagging round the shop. I paid for a month, set it up on a Sunday evening and was done in about twenty minutes. The meals are simple, nothing needs a special trip to a posh shop, and I've kept my weekly food bill roughly where it was.

tried three before this

Tried three other meal plan sites before this one and this is the one I stuck with. The others had recipes that were far too complicated for weeknights, whereas these take half the time and still taste decent. Clear portions, easy to swap meals around. Would happily renew.
