Better than my old clinic

Compared with the private clinic I used before, this is far less fuss, as I did not need to sit in a waiting room at all. I signed up in a few minutes and the kit came through the letterbox two days later. Results were emailed through the following week with a clear breakdown, and the price was noticeably lower than my clinic charged.

Cheaper than the GP route

Needed a blood check for my kidney function because the surgery wanted me to wait a month for an appointment. Went with the basic renal panel here instead, which worked out a good deal less than a private consultation. Kit arrived quickly and the results were back before the GP would have even seen me.

Pretty good actually

Good for a cheap check up, I'd say. Ordered the vitamin D and thyroid test, kit came in about three days and the posting back was fine. Only thing is the results took a bit longer than they said, like nine days not seven, so I was checking the app every morning.

good value but postage was slow

They're good value for the checks you get, and the booking page was simple enough to get through in a couple of minutes. My kit took almost a week to turn up though, which was longer than the site suggested. The results themselves were clear and easy to read once they came through, and the price was fair compared with other home testing sites I looked at.

quick and cheap blood test

Ordered the at home test on my phone one lunchtime and the kit landed in about three days, which was quicker than I thought. Dead easy to do the finger prick and post it back, didn't have to ring anyone.

Sorted my vitamin levels for less than expected

The best bit was the price, I paid a lot less than my mate's private clinic for pretty much the same markers. Kit arrived in about three days and the results came back in a clear printout that showed each number against the normal range. Good value for what you get, and I'd do it again when the next check is due.

I needed a full check after the baby

After having my second baby I wanted a proper look at my iron and thyroid, as I was constantly tired and nothing seemed to help. I chose the full women's panel and the sign up took about five minutes. The kit came in a day or two and the results were back the following week, which made it easy to bring to my GP.

bought the at home bloods kit

I ordered the at home blood test kit after my GP said I was borderline on cholesterol and wanted to check it myself first. The kit arrived in a couple of days and the instructions were clear enough, though I was a bit nervous doing the finger prick. Posting it back was easy and the results came through on the site about a week later, with a summary I could actually understand without googling every other word.

the menopause hormone panel

I had been advised by my GP to have my hormone levels checked and I did not fancy queuing for ages at the surgery. I chose the hormone panel on the website, which was clear enough to follow. The sample kit arrived promptly and I posted it back the same afternoon, and the results were sent through securely within the week. I was very pleased with the whole arrangement.

First time ordering the vitamin test

I ordered the vitamin and mineral test as a first go at this sort of thing. Booking took about five minutes and the sample kit was simple to use at home. Results came back in around ten days and they were easy to follow.

A thorough service

Best to say this plainly: the health panel was thorough and the results were well set out. I found the sign up process clear and the kit arrived promptly through the post. Sending the sample back was simple, and the results came through securely a few days later.

Results were fine but slow to come

Honestly the test itself was fine and the kit was easy, but the results were slower than I expected at around two weeks. Ordering was quick and I liked the reminders when the sample was due back. Would have given it a higher score if the delivery had been as smooth as the rest.

Not as cheap as I thought

Compared it with a couple of other home testing sites and this one was a fair bit dearer for the same markers. Ordering was simple enough but the results took eight days to show up, and I had to email support twice before they replied. Probably would not bother again for a simple check.

Better than the lab I used before

I had used a high street lab for years and they were fine but the forms were a faff and you had to ring up for results. This was quicker to sign up and the results came as a proper breakdown with ranges. The kit itself was straightforward, and I liked that I could see my history side by side.

Needed something for my energy

Been feeling wiped out for months and my wife kept nagging me to sort it out. Found the health check on here and it seemed sensible enough, so I signed up. Answered the questions, booked the blood draw and had the results back within the week, which was a relief.

Been using them for years

I have used the cholesterol and blood sugar tests for a while now and they still feel better value than going private each time. Compared to a local clinic I used to pay for, the turnaround here is quicker and the kit is less messy. The one thing I would change is the price of the add-ons, which has crept up over the last year.

what I needed for the price

Needed a quick check on my HbA1c after the doctor mentioned it, and I did not want to pay for a full private appointment. Booked the online test, which cost a lot less than I expected. The kit arrived fast and the results were sorted within the week.

the vitamin and mineral test

I shopped around a few options before picking this, including a big name clinic and a cheaper online lab. This one gave me the iron, B12 and vitamin D markers for a sensible price and the kit was easy to follow. Results came back in good time with a clear summary, and I have already recommended it to my sister.

The printed results were very clear

I was pleased that the printed results came with a proper summary, each marker set out with its own explanation. The sample collection was straightforward, though I did have to ring the helpline once because I wasn't sure about the postage label. Everything else went smoothly and I'd happily use them again.

The printed summary

The printed summary that came with the results was the thing that impressed me most, it breaks everything down by marker. The kit was easy to use and posting it back was no bother. Price was fair for what you get and everything arrived on time.
