This is my first time paying for a diet plan so I wasn't sure what to expect. Verdict is I'd happily carry on. The sign up asked lots of questions but the plan felt personal and the first check in was useful. Good value for a first attempt.

Bought the three month plan with the coaching add on. It does what it says, the weekly check ins are useful and the meal guidance is clear. The price is on the high side compared with doing it yourself, and the cancellation process took a couple of emails to sort out.
