phizz.

Needed something to hit my protein targets around training and this has been spot on. Signed up between meetings on my phone and the checkout was quick. Boxes arrive on schedule and the cold packs have always kept everything chilled. Easy.

Plans like this are a dime a dozen, but this one is properly sensible. I know the calorie and macro side well from years of tracking, and the breakdowns on each meal are accurate. Nothing crazy, just balanced food that fits a working week. Accounts are simple to manage and changes to the plan go through quickly.

The meals arrive chilled in a proper insulated bag every time and the delivery slot has never been missed in the two years I've been with them. Only niggle is the menu rotates a bit slowly, so I end up having the same chicken dish more than I'd like. Still reordering.

I'm afraid I have to say this is a more sensible choice than the diet shakes I was previously buying from the chemist. The ingredients are clearly listed and the advice I received on portions was thoughtful. The account set up was quite simple and the team responded courteously when I had a question about my order. I'd happily continue.

Needed a plan that I would actually stick to after years of starting and stopping diets. The meals are simple, filling and easy to reheat at work. I have been ordering for over two years now and the consistency has been excellent. Delivery van always arrives in the same window and the drivers are polite.

Needed something quick to sort out my lunches during a really hectic month and this was perfect. Signed up on my phone in about five minutes. Meals turned up on Tuesday like they said. Only thing is the portions were a bit smaller than I expected so I still grabbed a snack.

I would say this is an excellent service and I am very glad I found it. I signed up for the nutrition plan after my doctor suggested I look at my eating habits, and the sign up was straightforward and the advice was clear and sensible. The food arrived when it was promised and was well packed, and the team answered my one query within a day. I have no hesitation in saying it has helped me.

Works out cheaper than buying the same food from the supermarket and cooking it myself, once you factor in the time. Delivery came when it said it would. Portions are sensible and I have not had to top up with extra food.

I needed something to stop me spending a fortune on takeaways, so I started a plan here. The price works out well against what I was spending before, and the meals are big enough. Signing up was quick but the first payment took a while to go through and I had to contact them. Once sorted, deliveries have been regular and the food arrives fresh.

Compared with the ready meals you get in the big supermarkets, the portions here are more sensible and the protein content is clearly listed. I have tried three similar services and this one is the most balanced. The only niggle is that the price per meal is higher than the supermarket, though you do get what you pay for. Delivery was on time each week.

Compared with the gym plans I was paying for, this works out much cheaper per month and I'm eating better. The portions are sensible and nothing goes to waste. I've had no issues with orders or delivery across six months. Pricing is clear and there are no hidden extras when you check out.

Bought the protein powder to add to my morning shakes and I know my way around supplements. It mixes okay but leaves a slight grittiness unless you use a blender. The flavour is decent and the tub lasts a good while. It arrived in the right time and the price is fair for the amount, though not the cheapest out there.

Got the vanilla shakes and they actually taste nice, which I didn't expect. Mix them with cold milk and they're sorted. Got them within two days, no complaints. Would get them again.

I'd say this is a great starting point if you want to eat better without thinking too hard. Got started on the basic plan last month and the instructions on the app were easy to follow. Delivery came the day after I ordered and everything was fresh. Happy to keep going.

Bought the four week starter pack back when I first decided to get my eating sorted, and I've been using them ever since. The ordering process was easy, I just filled in a short questionnaire about what I don't eat. Meals arrive on time and the menu has enough variety that I don't get bored. Price is fair for what you get and the portion sizes suit me well.

I track my macros quite closely and the nutrition info on each meal is accurate to within a gram or two, which I checked against my scales. The protein counts are honest and the calorie figures line up with what I'd expect. Clear labelling makes weekly planning easy.

Compared to joining a gym and hiring a trainer, this was a fraction of the cost and far less intimidating for me. I started with a short programme and the coaching messages kept me on track without nagging. The sign up took a few minutes and the first session was ready to go the same day. Really glad I didn't spend the money on a monthly membership I'd never use.

Signing up took forever because the app kept logging me out halfway through the questions. Once I got going the meals are fine and the portions are decent. Customer support took three days to reply when I asked about changing my delivery day.

Really happy with phizz, the sign up took about ten minutes on my phone and I was done before the kettle boiled. They asked about allergies and what I don't like which I liked, and my first delivery came the day they said it would. Haven't had to message them yet, the app does most of what I need, and I've ordered for three weeks straight now without thinking about it.

I tried the veggie range first, having compared three other services and the cost was roughly similar to the best of them. The vegetarian options are genuinely filling and the sauces taste homemade. Ordering was simple and the box has always been well packed and cold on arrival. The flavour variety keeps me interested week to week. Easy to recommend to a friend who is vegetarian like me.
